I had called to inquire about store hours and let them know that I had come by during their listed hours but the closed sign was up and they told me there's no way that had happened. Additionally, I purchase some interchangeable needles and the price that rung up was higher than the sticker price. I hadn't noticed until I got home, so then I went back to the store a couple days later with the stickers still on there. They told me it was because of the tariffs, which I completely understand, but better customer service would honor the price that was listed on the item. They also made it feel as though it was my fault for not knowing the prices had increased (I don't live in Cleveland, so I only come to shop when I'm in town to see family). Overall, I've had multiple recent experiences with the shop that were unpleasant. I'm disappointed since the selection is nice, but given the service I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
