Just be wary. It took two years of poor service, but I'm done here. Not only did the operator of this tyre shoppe sell me FIVE YEAR OLD tires, he now refuses to even do a simple rotate. And when I asked him to check my front tire that gets low, he couldn't find it. I went to three Peerless shops to finally get it right. Shop at Jewel & Sheridan in Lakewood had a great attitude & got right on the rotate. Awoke to a low tire next day and had the guys at the Union & Alameda shop got right on it! I was there a few days ago and the guy in charge helped me out so quick and gave me super good advice, I asked how much it was and he said I was in a bad situation and he said it was free. Well not sure if they know ANYTHING about customer service, but purchased snow tires from these guys. Manager at the time said they would change the snow tires free of charge because I purchased them there. Apparently all lies!!!! The manager that made those promises doesn't work there any longer so apparently there goes the switching my tires for free. Fine fine the guy doesn't work there anymore, but I didn't hire and employ him nor make him make promises that swayed my original purchase decision. The least these guys could do is honor the word the guy THEY hired made because when they don't it ultimately reflects on them not the manager that no longer works there. It's not like tires are something one purchases on a routinely basis every month or so and their employee turnover rate is probably not low either. On top of that they were rude about the whole thing. There are plenty of places in Denver to purchase tires and service your tires, this should be the last place you choose to go. Not worth the hassle. This business warrants no stars....but thanks to yelp I have to give them at least one.. read more

Very nice and got me in and had my tired patched in just ten minutes. Discount Tire was totally booked and I am glad because the gentleman that took care of me was very nice, kept appropriate distance, and extremely efficient! He even said I can come back in a few months to have the patch checked! I will come here when I need to buy tires. read more

Where to start? At the beginning I guess. I took my sons car here to get the winter tires I purchased last year to be put on. immediately out of the trunk the alleged assistant manager stated," Oh those are pretty old and rusted." He was referring to the studs in the tires being rusted. After I explained to him that I purchased them 11 months ago and they have roughly 1000 miles on them he says, "Oh, I thought they were much older." All I needed was the tires mounted and balanced because my mechanic does not have the equipment to do it for me. Continuing, I waited in the dirty waiting room listening to the horrible choice of music blasting in the work area. I put my earbuds in to drown out the music. little did they know I did not have my music on. I listened to the Manager talking to a young lady about the tires on her Mercedes. He first brought out her very expensive tire cap logos and they were broken. He spun it off on her that they were broken before his guys started working on her tires but he would do everything in his power to fix them. No doubt he glued them together and stuck them back on. I watched the Manager roll out her old tires, with about 75% tread on them, and explain to her that those tires were no good in Colorado. Yeah he said Colorado not winter. I watched him strut around in front of her bragging that he had only been the manager for a month and he already made the store #38 in the country. Why this is relevant you ask? He later bragged to me when she left that he "Scored a date" with her. Totally unprofessional not only for a business but a manager. The manager later came out and asked her if she wanted him to take care of her old tires and she said yes unknowing that these old tires were still good and no doubt not cheap. Theft by deception is still a crime. So now they get to my sons car 1 hour later. There were 3 employees and they can only do 1 car at a time? Complete misuse of time. I waited about 45 minutes and the manager walked up to me. He informed me that one of the valve stems was damaged and it needed to be replaced. I said ok and later found it was never done (I had to return the next day). I got impatient and stood by the front door watching the car being worked on. The manager and assistant manager passed me several times. I stood there for approximately 20 more minutes. I watched an employee put the tires on the passenger side and walk away. The assistant manager noticing I was standing by the front door must have gotten nervous and walked to work on the car. He tightened the front tire down and let it down off the lift. He then let the rear down off the lift and walked over to get the torque wrench. He torqued 2 lugs on the front and walked to the back. He attempted to torque a lug and realized it had not even been tightened with the air gun. Wow! Lack of attention to detail. He eventually lifted the car back up and tightened the lugs with an additional torque of 1 lug. He walked away. I watched another employee walk over and then put the PLASTIC hub cap on. I watched him use the air gun to tighten the PLASTIC hub cap screws. Seriously? While I have no idea what they did to the driver side, the employee and assistant manager noticed something on the driver side front tire and looked in my direction. I later found that they lost a lug nut and put the plastic hub cap on assuming I would not notice. After all of this was done, the assistant manager walked into the business and the counter. He called me 3 times before I turned and acknowledged him. I paid and left. I had to come back the next day and I spoke with the manager. I told him about the, what I thought was a broken plastic hub cap screw, and he said it was a missing lug nut. After a brief argument over a damn lug nut, I just left the business. I called the Regional Sales Manager with my complaint. Luke said he would take care of it. I later got a smart ass call from the manager stating he ordered a lug nut for my sons car and I could pick it up a few days later. I dropped the car off with my mechanic and he went to get the lug nut from the tire shop. Wrong one ordered. Called Luke again and I still have not heard from the tire shop. So here is the bottom of my write up. This shop gets 1 star only because yelp requires it. I will never recommend this company to anyone and it should embarrass Luke that he has an uneducated staff who lacks any bit of Customer Service. They should not be fired but yet educated and demoted until mature enough to have this responsibility. read more

These guys are always on my list to call when we need tires for any of our vehicles. Sometimes they give me the best price, sometimes they don't but definitely worth a call for an "out the door" price. Good prices on good tires, very competitive. Thank you so much for helping with a tire repair that was right at closing. I spent most of my afternoon wresteling with this tire, trying to take it off, then pouring close to half a gallon of soap water to find the pin hole leak, turns out it was at the base of the valve stem. I called 15 minutes before close, explained drive time would be about 10, and they didn't hesitate to tell me to just get there as quick as I could, and they would take care of me. To top it off, there was no charge for the repair because we bought the tires from them in the first place. We have been customers with Peerless for 20 years and will be until we can't drive anymore. Took my tire in to be dismounted because the fools at big o tire dropped a wheel on it and chipped a freshly powder coated wheel. They dismounted it quickly and didn't charge me. I'll be back to mount and balance the wheel. read more

Never Shop Here.So I bought 2 new tires for my wife's car 2 weeks ago, because she was making a driving trip out of town. While she was out, one of the tires blew out the sidewall while she was on the interstate. Thankfully she was ok, but being in the middle of Nebraska she had to buy a new tire to get home. I took the blown tire back in and was told by Mike, the assistant manager, that I could not get it refunded because I had not bought the roadside warranty. I informed him that Anthony, the manager, did not ask me if I wanted the warranty. Mike called his division manager , Joshua Scharfenberg, to see if he could do anything. To be fair, they offered to replace the tire if I post-paid for the warranty, but since she had to buy a new tire in Nebraska, I did not need a new tire. I wanted a refund just on the one tire that blew. They refused. What bugs me is that for a 66 dollar refund they could have had a customer for life, but the would prefer to have a dissatisfied customer. My recommendation is to never shop here. There are plenty of places to buy a tire that will take good care of you as a customer. read more
