I went in the other day to get my air refilled in my tires, and immediately they noticed a big slice in my tire. I was shocked and couldn't believe i never noticed it! Luckily the lovely lady (I didn't get her name but she was very sweet, brunette hair and I think she wore glasses) and Cody came to the rescue! Ran over piece of sharp metal and started losing air very quickly. Waited until the shop opened promptly at 8 am. I was hoping for a flat repair but after taking it off the wheel, hope was gone. Metal piece was like an iceberg. Wanted to only get one, but supposedly 13K mile on it wouldn't be possible. Service tech was trying to tell me that I needed four new tires but ended up getting two for rear for $500. Yikes. Did get the best tires in stock. Didn't like the speech about the chance of ruining transmissions and making a note and such. I did research on this and found out that he is definitely off scale, to the point of trying to sell more tires. read more

Inglewood discount tire.,I ordered offset Wheels they had trouble getting all four eventually did get the fourth one they were the last four in the country they went above and beyond to meet my wants/needs since it took so long to get the wheels they threw in a similar new wheel a new tire for a spare could not get the fifth wheel they don't make them anymore anyway I've been back several times since continuing business with them they are great bunch of guys and gals I highly recommend them for your road and safety needs. read more

I was driving and noticed I had a flat tire, so I was able to get a tow to take me to discount tire. My day was already pretty cruddy but the guys at Discount Tire made up for it and installed a tire for me for a good price. Notably, Carl was very helpful and made the experience painless. He was kind and showed me which tire was going to be used because the current tire I had was discontinued. I appreciate that he also added warranties on my other tires since I didn't do that before and it's my second time in discount tire with a flat. I appreciate his time and effort and despite it being busy he kept a calm composure and was kind. I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire. I have always had a positive experience at any location I have visited over the years throughout the Denver Metro area. My experience today is no different. I was in a very difficult position with two tires being completely worn out (metal showing through). I have only had my 2000 Buick for a couple months and the tires were terrible when I got it. I have recently lost my job and haven't been able to make ends meet. My only source of income right now is doing food delivery service so I NEED to be able to drive but can't with the shape of my tires now. I pulled into discount tire to see if they could help just put my spare on u til I could make a few bucks to get two tires. Well, no such luck, the spare was 20 YEARS OLD so they couldn't put it on. Sigh... I knew there was noway I could afford a NEW tire. To my delight and surprise, the manager Devon (Saint Devon lol) came to my rescue. He asked how much I had to work with I told him about a hundred is all I could do. I knew that was nothing for two tires, I can't even get used ones for that.... But somehow he worked his computer magic and got me back on the road with TWO NEW TIRES WITH COVERAGE. This is an incredible blessing. They definitely care about customer service and everyone's safety and not only the all mighty dollar. I would recommend them to anyone and will be a life long customer. THANK YOU DEVON! Originally I went to ask them to help me fill the tires with air. I knew they were pretty thread-bare but had to run to the airport and come back later. When I came back, I received the same courteous service. They never made me feel rushed even though it was quite busy. Took our car here since our tire had a screw in it. They fixed the tire and did a tire rotation. The End result was a grinding noise to the point of feeling unsafe for driving. I'd researched tires going in and had a few I liked, but the guy working was patient at finding them and offering similar options they had in-shop. They told me the two existing tires had "plenty of life on them." Went in today and was told they can't rotate them and, yep, you guessed it, "buy two new tires." I have been going to Discount Tires, for 30 plus years, drove into Discount tire, for a air check, thought it was a good time to do a tire rotation, 5/1/23 drove around to the front. turns out they are now doing appointments, I know most of us go to Discount Tires, once, or twice, a year, but when did the appointments start? They asked if I wanted windshield wipers? I said sure $25.00 not bad. Come an hour and a half later, I go up to the counter and they say what are you here for? A TIRE ROTATION I HAVE BEEN HERE AN HOUR AND A HALF, I questioned them when did this appointment crap start? all of a sudden my car was in the bay, and tires rotated, and windshield wipers on, I get in my car and there is a 20" wiper blade on drivers side and a 15" on passenger side. These idiots took 2, 20" off you'd think they would match them up before putting them back on, idiots. I went by today for an air check, knowing the front was low, he said front tire is low you should make and appointment and get it fixed, I told him I have been coming for 30 never had to make a appointment when di this crap start, shit you guys can't even do wiper blades. thankfully there is a Firestone and Big O down the street read more

Derek was really kind and patient the whole time with all my questions! They do make some solid recommendations for your car, but it does help to do a bit of research on what type of tire you're looking for and what you want to get out of it. It was very convenient to be able to come in at 5pm after work and get the tires on my car in an hour. It was also nice being able to bring in my dog to wait with me in the waiting area. Thanks DT!
