I blew a tire last week during the storm. I went the following day to replace the tire. They didn't have the one I needed in stock but said they would have it by Monday. Instead of keeping the blown tire in my car, they offered to take the tire/wheel until the spare came in. I had no idea they would do that. They are absolutely phenomenal. PS. I have been taking my car here for over 7 years. The staff is kind, helpful, and answers any questions you may. I also love the fact you can get free air pressure checks. That typically only takes a few minutes. I have never had a bad experience there. I will continue to recommend them to everyone. No matter what make or model of vehicle you have, they'll take care of you. read more

Service: 5 stars. Facility: 1 (very dirty). Techs and communication: 5. Service advisor high pressure sales: 1 Gash. It's not a good day to have a flat, but it could be worse. Ran over piece of sharp metal and started losing air very quickly. Waited until the shop opened promptly at 8 am. I was hoping for a flat repair but after taking it off the wheel, hope was gone. Metal piece was like an iceberg. Wanted to only get one, but supposedly 13K mile on it wouldn't be possible. Service tech was trying to tell me that I needed four new tires but ended up getting two for rear for $500. Yikes. Did get the best tires in stock. Didn't like the speech about the chance of ruining transmissions and making a note and such. I did research on this and found out that he is definitely off scale, to the point of trying to sell more tires. read more

Came here for new tires and left satisfied! I was able to ask all of my questions when choosing new tires to purchase and I really appreciated Jose's patience and everything he shared with me. He even offered to bring out the tire to show me! I've been to other garages and it has been confusing when I hear different recommendations about tires and when I need them, but I feel like I can trust their expertise here. The process was also pretty easy and uncomplicated. I booked an appointment online prior. Total time for me on a Friday around noon was about 2 hours. The only odd thing - I didn't receive a text when the service was completed nor was the tracking link they shared working for me, so I'm glad I called back to check in on my vehicle. read more

I went in the other day to get my air refilled in my tires, and immediately they noticed a big slice in my tire. I was shocked and couldn't believe i never noticed it! Luckily the lovely lady (I didn't get her name but she was very sweet, brunette hair and I think she wore glasses) and Cody came to the rescue! I felt so bad because it was 20-30 minutes before close but Cody was very kind/understanding and got it done immediately! They gave me 4 new tires at a very good price, I highly recommend!! Thank you so much Cody! They were truly a life saver :) read more

I was driving and noticed I had a flat tire, so I was able to get a tow to take me to discount tire. My day was already pretty cruddy but the guys at Discount Tire made up for it and installed a tire for me for a good price. Notably, Carl was very helpful and made the experience painless. He was kind and showed me which tire was going to be used because the current tire I had was discontinued. I appreciate that he also added warranties on my other tires since I didn't do that before and it's my second time in discount tire with a flat. I appreciate his time and effort and despite it being busy he kept a calm composure and was kind. The car was able to be done by the end of the day and I was able to get my car back on the road. read more

Just stopped by on Saturday for a quick air check, although I have purchased tires from here before. Axel was so nice and apologized for the short wait and not only filled all of my tires, but he also checked to make sure there wasn't any issues. Although this was much shorter of a service, Axel was very nice, and I will return when I need new tires! read more

This is the best Discount Tire. I have been a DT customer since 2013, purchased tires in 4 states, and visited easily 15 different service centers, and this is the best location you can go to, anywhere. I miss the staff so much, I have never had a better experience. Above and beyond, best of the best, no one else will make sure you're getting the best deal AND the best service. read more

Awesome service when I needed it. Did a check up and balance, also a patch in a tire with a nail. The whole thing was like $20. Carl was kind and friendly. I appreciate when an auto shop is not pushy with women, rather informative and kind! I would recommend this location for everything! But don't leave through their alley, you might actually pop a tire on the way out!! Car is doing great since and they made me feel confident in my vehicle. read more

Check your tire pressure when you leave... they overinflated my new tires, not just a little bit but severely! I even had my toddler with me, and they put both of us at risk unnecessarily. Whoever worked on my car, should be fired! read more

I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire. I have always had a positive experience at any location I have visited over the years throughout the Denver Metro area. My experience today is no different. I was in a very difficult position with two tires being completely worn out (metal showing through). I have only had my 2000 Buick for a couple months and the tires were terrible when I got it. I have recently lost my job and haven't been able to make ends meet. My only source of income right now is doing food delivery service so I NEED to be able to drive but can't with the shape of my tires now. I pulled into discount tire to see if they could help just put my spare on u til I could make a few bucks to get two tires. Well, no such luck, the spare was 20 YEARS OLD so they couldn't put it on. Sigh... I knew there was noway I could afford a NEW tire. To my delight and surprise, the manager Devon (Saint Devon lol) came to my rescue. He asked how much I had to work with I told him about a hundred is all I could do. I knew that was nothing for two tires, I can't even get used ones for that.... But somehow he worked his computer magic and got me back on the road with TWO NEW TIRES WITH COVERAGE. This is an incredible blessing. They definitely care about customer service and everyone's safety and not only the all mighty dollar. I would recommend them to anyone and will be a life long customer. THANK YOU DEVON! You deserve a big fat raise! read more

Originally I went to ask them to help me fill the tires with air. I knew they were pretty thread-bare but had to run to the airport and come back later. When I came back, I received the same courteous service. They never made me feel rushed even though it was quite busy. Axel was my service rep and he took time to make sure he got me what I wanted and that I understood what I was buying (because there are so many types of tires!). The price was great, service was awesome, I was treated well and will definitely go back again. read more

I have been to discount tire twice within the last month to get punctured tires repaired. There was no charge. I had purchased my tires from them. they are also willing to inflate my tires whenever needed. Again with no charge. Took our car here since our tire had a screw in it. They fixed the tire and did a tire rotation. The End result was a grinding noise to the point of feeling unsafe for driving. When brought back they claim it wasn't them and that we should go to a mancanic. Very unprofessional, car was working no issues prior to dropping it off and now it's barely drivable. read more

I blew out a tire on Hampden. Fricking pickup truck had dropped some metal debris from an open bed... I was able to get my spare on and limp to this Discount Tire. They were about to close but made sure I was taken care of. I had purchased my tires from a different Discount Tire but they had me in the system and had my tires in stock. What could have been several hours of me ugly crying was nearly a pleasant experience. read more

Discount Tire - Flat tire - Tires Near Me - Englewood, Colorado

I got all four tires replaced on my vehicle. Great experience overall. Folks were nice and the job took a reasonable amount of time. A month later I ran over a nail and my tire was super low. 15 minutes before closing time I went to the closest location, and just like the original store promised, my tire was plugged and patched for zero dollars and took maybe 7 minutes. Sticking with Discount Tire for the foreseeable future. read more

I like this shop -- really professional and a smooth experience. Every time I've gone here the guys working are friendly and efficient, and it doesn't feel like they are doing any sell-jobs. I'd researched tires going in and had a few I liked, but the guy working was patient at finding them and offering similar options they had in-shop. When I've had flats they've run out and quickly taken the tire and repaired it. Their customer service has been top-notch, not like at other auto places I've experienced (looking at you Grease Monkeys, Jeep Dealerships). Price has been at the low-end of the available options. All around solid tire store. read more

I would not recommend this place of business. They charge you when you return to fix flats even if you are under warranty. I finally went to a different location and they did not charge me because I was covered under warranty. This franchise is a hustle read more

I have been working on getting new wheels and tires for my truck and have been working with the store manager (Alex). Although I have yet to purchase and install the wheels and tires, I can say Alex has been the most stand-up, genuine guy ever. He isn't trying to nickel and dime me like other shops and he genuinely cares about my personal needs. Wish I could give him 100 stars. Thanks man! read more

I'm a happy camper with the service at Discount Tire! Being someone who has no knowledge of tires, I did my research beforehand and went in with a billion questions. Derek was really kind and patient the whole time with all my questions! They do make some solid recommendations for your car, but it does help to do a bit of research on what type of tire you're looking for and what you want to get out of it. It was very convenient to be able to come in at 5pm after work and get the tires on my car in an hour. It was also nice being able to bring in my dog to wait with me in the waiting area. Thanks DT! Really happy with how fast and friendly service was. read more

My car got a flat right up the road from their store so I didn't have any time to look up reviews. My husband and I made it the 0.3 miles with our eight month old and were nervous about the prices and how long it would take. We bought four new, all season tires at a fair price and it was relatively busy there (about 5-6 others were waiting in the lobby) and we were still out of there within an hour. Will 100% return for all car services. read more

I was in back in December. Had to buy two new tires because it seems like all they ever do is sell you new tires. Came back in today with ~6000 miles since. They told me the two existing tires had "plenty of life on them." Went in today and was told they can't rotate them and, yep, you guessed it, "buy two new tires." Followed their instructions last time and got an alignment. I won't be going back. Don't bother with their extended warranty either. Last time, I had a screw in the sidewall, and because the tires were worn, they wouldn't honor it. What a joke. read more

The staff at this particular location is top notch. These folks are incredibly nice and helpful and they work really well together. This is the only place I bring my car for tires. The waiting area is clean, they have coffee, and always someone to greet and help out and answer questions. I highly recommend this location for all of your tire and rotation needs. read more

I have been going to Discount Tires, for 30 plus years, drove into Discount tire, for a air check, thought it was a good time to do a tire rotation, 5/1/23 drove around to the front. turns out they are now doing appointments, I know most of us go to Discount Tires, once, or twice, a year, but when did the appointments start? They asked if I wanted windshield wipers? I said sure $25.00 not bad. Come an hour and a half later, I go up to the counter and they say what are you here for? A TIRE ROTATION I HAVE BEEN HERE AN HOUR AND A HALF, I questioned them when did this appointment crap start? all of a sudden my car was in the bay, and tires rotated, and windshield wipers on, I get in my car and there is a 20" wiper blade on drivers side and a 15" on passenger side. These idiots took 2, 20" off you'd think they would match them up before putting them back on, idiots. I went by today for an air check, knowing the front was low, he said front tire is low you should make and appointment and get it fixed, I told him I have been coming for 30 never had to make a appointment when di this crap start, shit you guys can't even do wiper blades. thankfully there is a Firestone and Big O down the street read more
