We were not aware they sold tires as well and would price match those. Whomever we spoke with on phone price matched Firestone cost to install at their facility...but instead we got to be home instead. Awesome service all around with competitive prices ; which will NOT rob you dry! We had originally gone into a famous tire spot in our spare ( as tire was damaged near construction site driving home night before) and they quoted us $1200 for four tires that weren't even that good. My fiancé drove off and found Tire Rack and this spot online to install in the comfort of our home. 2nd I recently purchased new tires for my Subaru suv & they installed at work! Excellent customer service & convenient. I just had to take my suv to get alignment at dealer after. Well in less the 10 mins they were done charged me $181.00 Gave me an estimate to change a MAF valve ( maximum air flow ) of $641:46 to change a two screws and a clip valve right on top of the engine. What really disgusted with this place was they said they looked at all 4 CV axles but never told me that both front tires were so worn down on the inner part of the tires that metal band was sticking out. Fact is they never looked at the CV axles otherwise they'd of seen how bad these tires were. Tried to talk to the shop owner about it and get a refund , got nothing but bullshit from him . How many others have folks have they screwed over

What gives them 5 stars is when I drove home and on the highway the next day I had some terrible left pull and dangerous tracking when changing lanes even though my alignment was "within spec" I called and Ryley told me to come in and that he would do his best to try and improve the alignment. He spent several hours troubleshooting and playing with the alignment and I now have a wonderfully aligned vehicle that also drives and tracks well. Very appreciative for the Les Schwab team, they listened to my complaints and did not write me off, they will have my business in the future for it.
