Peerless Plumbing was an absolute pleasure to work with and one of the best service providers I've ever dealt with. We purchased a new home with a known sewer issue, and Peerless provided a very reasonable quote for the repair. Unfortunately, once work began, they discovered the sewer line was in much worse condition than originally anticipated. The project ended up taking several days longer than expected, and they even had to remove a tile in our living room to access and clear one of the lines. Many companies would have responded by issuing a change order and increasing the cost due to the additional labor and complexity. Peerless did the exact opposite. Not only did they honor their original commitment, but they actually reduced our invoice by $2,000 because they had to remove a tile during the repair process. As if that wasn't enough, they also sent us DoorDash credits since we were unable to use our kitchen for a couple of nights. I was genuinely blown away by their integrity, generosity, and customer service. The entire team was professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would recommend Peerless Plumbing without hesitation to anyone in need of honest, high-quality plumbing work. read more

NuDrain & Peerless Plumbing (Chris W and Lance M) were amazing. Chris W. and Lance M. provided excellent service in diagnosing the issues with the sewer pipe and the drain line during the home inspection. As a realtor, I trust this company. They are knowledgeable and very professional. To our surprise, we found out the laundry/kitchen drain line was not connected. The water expels from the drain at the kitchen sink and the behind the cabinets. Thank you Peerless for your excellent work! Kelly Q West USA Realty-Agent read more

This is my second time using Peerless Plumbing. The first time was when I moved into my home and we needed to line our 70 year old pipes. Lindsey was easy to work with. Her team of plumbers did fantastic work and left the home in pristine shape. A couple of years later it was time to change our water heater, we decided to switch to a tankless system. Brandon was our plumber and gave us a quote that was $1,500 less than a regional chain using a better system and better setup. When Brandon setup the unit he was very professional and took the time to show me how to properly use it and get the most efficiency out it. I will use Peerless every time! read more

Christian came by yesterday just for a free estimate for some plumbing issues we were having. While he was here, he was extremely professional and kind. He helped us clear a blockage, and gave us recommendations for additional work to be done. We will definitely come back to this company in the future. Most upfront and friendly plumbing service I've encountered! Thank you! read more

We have 60+ year old cast-iron pipes, which were beginning to fail. Peerless Plumbing offers an interior sleeving which requires no jackhammering through the foundation. Significantly less expensive and much less hassle than other methods of replacing waste lines. read more

We had some roots growing in our pipes from our house to the city water line. Things were backing up...not good. One company wanted a thousand bucks and couldn't guarantee that's all it would cost. I called Peerless Plumbing and talked to Lindsey (the owner). She explained the good and the bad and they came out and hydro jetted the pipe and gave me some stuff to put in the pipes to make sure the roots don't come back. The cost was 1/3rd the other quote. The service was excellent. Peerless is an honest company and it's run by a woman who really knows her stuff. You don't need to go anywhere else for plumbing, in my humble opinion. read more

Lindsey and her team, specifically Ramon, DeAndre and Steve did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail and to please the customer was very apparent in their work. They were on time daily, kept us apprised of what they were doing at all times, very polite, responsive and professional. Ramon's shirt says 'we do what others can't and I believe that. There was only 1 small hole in a wall, which they patched. Any other company would have had to rip open the floors, etc. Our plumbing was old and lining was the best option for us. Thank you read more

Less than a month after purchasing an investment property, I find out the property had bad pipes that would not have been discovered during home inspection. With my plumbing company, the best solution for me and my tenants was lining the pipes. I found Peerless via Yelp to get a second estimate to the estimate my plumbing company's sub-contractor. It ended up being Peerless!! Connected with Lindsey and talked about options and she was available and ready to work with me. We scheduled the work and are waiting for the work to be done; in the meantime, Lindsey and her team answers to any problems the tenants may have. I'm grateful for Lindsey and her team for helping me turn a nightmare problem into something that now feels manageable despite the extra unexpected expenses. read more

Originally we had a plumber come out because our main sewer line was backed up and it was affecting every sink, toilet, and bath in the whole house. It was our 4 yr old's birthday party, and we couldn't use any single thing in the house. We had someone else come out and they said it was going to be $3400 and that they needed to dig up our bush to find our cleanout drain in the yard and it would take 10 hrs of labor. We couldn't afford anything like that whatsoever. We ended up finding someone who was able to fix it for $300 through our guest toilet, but still couldn't find the cleanout drains. Lindsey reached out to me through the Nextdoor App and offered to find them for us for any future issues. They came out yesterday afternoon and found the cleanout drain buried a couple feet underground on the outside of our house. The service they provided was top notch. There is no way we would've ever been able to find the cleanout drains on our own. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, I genuinely thought we would never be able to find the cleanout, but they were able to. They even left a little flag so that in the future we will know right where to dig the cleanout drain up. Honestly, I couldn't thank Lindsey and Peerless Plumbing Company enough. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone in need of a plumber, and 100% will use them for every plumbing issue I have in the future. 10 out of 10 company and 10 out of 10 service and professionalism. Super thankful for them. read more

The folks at Peerless are reliable. They troubleshooted (troubleshot?) an issue with the clean outs in my front yard. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs that arise. read more

Had a great experience with Peerless. We had a repipe problem that another reputable company quoted over $20K, and that price didn't include repairing the floor tile and drywall repair that was goign to be needed when they were done. Called Peerless to get a quote, they ran cameras and shared the videos and explained how they could repair the sewer lines without tearing everything up. They were busy so we went on a short wait for the process, but so glad we did. The price was less than half of the alternate invasive repair and when they were done, they ran the camera again and the old failing lines now looked amazing. We are 3 months since the repair and not a single problem. I would definitely recommend Peerless Plumbing! read more

If i could give them 5+ stars i definitely would!!! They gave me the best deal to do hydro jetting on our main sewer line and got rid of all the roots that caused a clogged. We had a pipe burst under our front yard this Saturday, same day as my daughter's birthday party. Lindsay answered my request for help within seconds. My house was built in 1948 and the old cast iron sewer/ drain lines were cracked and needed to be fixed. I had other plumbing companies out for bids but all they wanted to do was pipe burst which involved digging up the floors, huge down time and Uber expensive! I called Peerless and Christian came out to survey the lines, he scoped them and during his survey he was professional and knowledgeable. He covered things that the others didn't. We chose Peerless because of their ability to reline old cast iron pipes with minimal intrusion and downtime. Their crews are some of best I've encountered, they were on time, professional, clean and knowledgeable. When the reline crew came out, Mike and Wyatt were great, an excellent example of customer service, experience and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about Peerless, I've dealt with so many companies that act like they are doing you a favor or just do the minimum for customer service; not Peerless: Lindsay, Christian and their crews go above and beyond. If you need your old cast iron, orangeberg, clay bell or other drains fixed, forget about other plumbing companies, call Peerless! They truly do what others can't! read more

I had my sewer pipes repaired and cleanouts installed by Peerless Plumbing. The work was done through openings in the walls behind my dryer in the laundry room and the dishwasher in the kitchen which were patched afterwards. My new floors were untouched! A plant had to be dug up to install the cleanouts but was replanted afterward. DeAndre, Steve and Fabian were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They kept me informed during the process, were very conscientious, cleaned up their mess at the end of each day and were a joy to work with. I had obtained estimates from several companies and Peerless was slightly more expensive but they didn't touch my new flooring, saving me money and the hassle of having to repair my floors. I highly recommend this company. read more

Our home is 62 years old and has cast iron plumbing. We had a minor pipe issue a few years ago and knew we would need a permanent solution for our main and lateral pipes; 3" and 2" respectively. We had called several plumbing companies and they all had various processes. After each company that came out, we developed more questions, but not always answers. Until Christian came out to scope our home. He not only answered all of our questions, but described how Peerless was able to handle issues that the other companies could not. Peerless Plumbing was the ONLY company that could line 2-inch piping and their product has the best warranty. Additionally, Peerless' price is very reasonable and every one of their staff is knowledgeable. They are courteous, professional, clean, AND had minimal impact to our being able to stay in our home, while the work was being performed. Christian & Lindsey (owners) were excellent in providing the information we needed and getting us scheduled. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of Peerless' product. Last but not least, Mike, Wyatt, Chuck, & Erik did an excellent job installing the lining in a professional, timely manner and answering all our questions. read more

Every person on the Peerless crew is exceptional!! I give them a 5+ in every facet of the project that was done at our home Multiple plumbers had looked at our problems with our 52 year old house - to no avail. We needed to re-line all of our old cast iron sewer pipes due several cracks and root intrusions. This was causing multiple backups and sewer odors running through our bathroom. Ran across Peerless Plumbing and Christian quickly came out for an evaluation and estimate. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Lindsey, who handles all customer service, was also a pleasure to work with. When I scheduled the job, the crew that came out was amazing. They were very skilled and professional, and they even looked out for my dog while they were working! The work itself that they did was amazing and gave me peace of mind. They sent me videos of the newly lined pipes and they looked phenomenal. And the best part was that they did all this work without digging through my foundation, it was all trenchless using the NuDrain technology. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Peerless. From now on, they are the only plumbing company I will use and trust. I highly recommend them for any job, especially for a big ticket item like pipe relining. You won't regret it. read more

What a great experience I just had with Peerless Plumbing!! I had been experiencing various problems with my plumbing/sewer system for several years now and I finally decided "I cant take this anymore". Christian came out (even on a Saturday) to diagnosis the problem. On time, very professional and courteous, Christian allowed me to watch his monitor as he scoped my entire drain system. After reassuring me there was no damage to my drain lines, he offered his advice as to how I might correct the issues I was having on my own. Last, he told me that since he was already in the area and found no damage or need for repairs, there would be no charge for his time or service that day. REALLY? It is so hard to find a family owned company like Peerless who cares more about doing the right thing and putting the customer first... before making a buck. I expected to pay a trip charge that day, but not with Peerless. Needless to say, Christian and his team at Peerless Plumbing will be my first and only call the next time I need a plumbing solution! Thank you Christian! You guys are the best!!! read more

I recently had a need for a major project and I called Peerless on the recommendation of a good friend. Their response was lightning fast, and their quote was very reasonable. During the work, they did their best to minimize the inconvenience to me and those who work in my building. I could hardly tell they were there. They were even kind enough to stop their work for a couple of days because we were going through some problems with our crazy neighbor who tries to pick fights with us and our tenants. She complained about their work truck being in the way, despite it being on our property. They were kind and just moved to an alternate place, but they had a great attitude about it. I think she's off her meds, because she was yelling like a Liberal on Trump's inauguration. Anyway, after I got the police to shut her up, they came back and completed their work efficiently and I have never been happier with a company. As far as the crazy neighbor, Christian said they totally understand. I wish Peerless was a pest control company, because I'd hire them to take cat urine lady far, far away. read more

I don't normally provide reviews online but feel the need to offer what a wonderful company I believe Peerless to be. I had a late night weekend leak which came from my upstairs bathroom through my can lights in the downstairs kitchen. We have lived in our home for over 25 years in South Scottsdale and we have had numerous contractors over the years. We had several plumbing issues that needed immediate attention and we decided after having foreign quotes from different plumbing companies to use peerless plumbing. Not only was there a price in line with their competitors the quality of the work was absolutely amazing. The three employees worked tirelessly on our home They were not only professional, they wree clean and respectful and they far exceeded our best case scenario that we had in our mind on a job that generally speaking , is messy, dirty and chaotic. They worked for three days without anyone home. They showed up on time every morning so we could leave and go to work. They did liners on all of our old piping and they also finished the job two days early. I would highly recommend this company as they are the best at what they do and we could not be happier. First, I want to be upfront in that I am writing this review on behalf of my mother-in-law. Peerless did an outstanding job for my in-laws doing a repipe effort on their old house. She was very happy with their service and work. That is great and they should be lauded for doing great work, but their true character and class showed after the job was done in multiple ways. First, my mother-in-law found a small hole in the wall where they had accidentally had busted through the wall. Within 24 hours Lindsey had a crew out to completely repair their mistake no questions asked. Soon thereafter I attempted a fixture change which turned out to be a mess and beyond my capabilities - multiple issues. Keeping a long story short, Lindsay again came to the rescue and resolved the problem I created. There are additional items that I am not mentioning, but the owners of this company are people of true character and the type of people you want to do business with. I only wish they were located where I live so I could give them some business! read more

After a second slab leak, I knew we needed to consider a comprehensive upgrade versus another costly repair on old buried copper pipe. I was referred to Peerless and after meeting with Christian, I knew this was the company for the work. I told Christian what upgrades we wanted with the new system and he planned the rest. Christian and his crew re-plumbed our entire house, no small feat in an older home without attic space. During the install, it was obvious this crew had plenty of experience. All new copper runs and shut off valves were installed throughout. Complete turnkey installation. We are absolutely happy with the work and the results. Warranty for labor and pipes are very good. I highly recommend Peerless Plumbing! read more
