Been here a few times, no issues. (Except with myself, forgetting my detergent! But after I'd gone…read morehome to fetch it and came back I noticed that they actually offer free detergent for times you really need it! How nice is that?) The machines are fast and the dryers are enormous, though of course it does take a while to dry your clothes when you really fill them up. I like that you can just keep adding quarters and a little bit more time without worrying that you're getting a bad deal. (It's the same price per minute as it would be if you did a bigger chunk of time, at least with the big dryers in the middle.) The only thing that would make it nicer is if there was more seating and the seating was more pleasant, but I'd rather have mediocre seating and better prices, so, not gonna complain! I'm a no frills kind of person.

I don't know her issues but the last few times I've gone in, she is rude and has a very nasty attitude. I was there today, Oct. 24th at 4pm and she was working and rude as usual. I like to spend my money where I'm respected as a customer and receive good customer service. I'm not one to post negative reviews, however, this needs to be addressed and hopefully resolved.

Let me first say that I have been taking a fair amount of pants for alterations, as well as shirts…read morefor patches to be sewn on since I relocated to Fort Wayne in March 2025. Well over several hundreds of dollars for basic alterations. In early April I took a pair of jeans that were beginning to fray on the right leg to have the hem shortened [I have had her complete this process on at least another six pairs of jeans previously]. Approximately two weeks ago her husband called and stated that my pants were ready for pick up. Since I had already paid and she was busy as usual I took the pants and returned home. When I got home, I noticed that that right bottom HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. On Friday, June 26th I returned to Roza's to illustrate that the jeans HAD NOT been repaired. Roza had several customers in the business at the time, however in short, she stated clearly in front of the other customers that these were a DIFFERENT pair of jeans that I brought in. At first, I thought she was joking - this is the same woman that I stop in to say hello, brought flowers for her on Mother's Day; Treating Roza more than a business, but rather a friend - however, she was serious. At least three times she indicated that her process was 100% defect-free and I was attempting to get her to repair another pair of my jeans for free. I have been a Continuous Improvement - Process Improvement Manager for over 35+ years around the globe. EVERYTHING we do is a process, and therefore every process can be improved. Regarding her statement that her process was NEVER wrong, I wanted to provide data that even flying in an airplane or having major surgery is NOT 100% defect free. I have NEVER been so embarrassed, frustrated, or angry at a business where I was ACCUSED of attempting to get $10.00 worth of work by perceived deception. It took every ounce of self-restraint and ultimate respect for Roza to not confront her in FRONT OF HER CUSTOMERS, even though she had ZERO ISSUE with calling me a liar in front of them. As I have read in countless reviews Roza provides excellent work - which I 100% agree - yet I also have read many comments indicating that she can be rude as well. I called later and left a message indicating my disappointment in the way I was treated after being a customer for well over a year. Much to my surprise and further disappointment I received ZERO FEEDBACK. I believed in Roza and her business to the point where I carried extra business cards in my wallet and passed out to others that indicated they required alteration needs; Other businesses as well !!! Data indicates that for every unsatisfied customer they will tell at a minimum seven others - Friends, Co-Workers, Neighbors, etc.. - what unsatisfactory customer service they were given. Those Seven Individuals will tell others as well. DO THE MATH. Again, everything we do is a process; EVERY PROCESS can be IMPROVED... In closing, I will ABSOLUTELY wear the "Emperor's Clothes" before I EVER STEP FOOT in her business again.

I used my debit card and was charged an additional 20.00 to my card for a 6.75 purchase...I called the business to inquire about the 20.00 charge and was told that they routinely put a 20.00 hold on your card if you use a bank card to make a purchase and it should come off in a few business days. I was told that there was sign stating this on the machine...If said sign exists then it is not clearly posted in a high visibility area...I don't like or want to do business with a company that tries to deceive or use sketchy business tactics...If I had not checked my bank statement and found this discrepancy it more that likely would have gone unnoticed and the 20.00 charge would have remained...I my opinion this is possibly fraudulent and borderline illegal...either way Northside Cleaners you have lost my business.
