We're done. In the past five years, my husband has had 2 or three shirts that have come back with 4 inch rips in them, 2 that were ground up like they went through some gears, 2 that came back with ink stains all over them, and 2 that had the collar buttons ripped completely out of the shirt. I can get stains out of shirts. I can sew buttons back on, but I draw the line at re-weaving cloth. You take clothes to the cleaners to save time and that's not happening here... They offered a pro-rated cash refund for the damage, but less than full market value, and we couldn't have the shirts back. If we took the shirts, we would get no compensation for the damaged shirts. read more

I give this cleaners zero payed $80 for 11pieces to be washed instead of dry cleaned. If I wanted my clothes washed could've done them myself. All my clothes are faded it, one of my long sleeve shirts has brown and yellow stains and a pair of skinny jeans square patches are balled up and ruffling with screen of thread. I was ripped off plus my expensive clothes are damaged. read more

After starting at Peerless three months ago, I have genuinely enjoyed my employment at this location. Customers are pleasant, the store is neat, and clothes almost NEVER come back damaged or discolored. I have worked at another location, and it is nowhere near as tidy and friendly as the environment and staff here. As someone who works on the inside, I would definitely recommend coming here over any other dry cleaner in Fort Wayne. read more

Zero stars for ability to clean. NOTE: Did sign a waiver for shrinkage and discoloration (and now I know why). Took a couch cover there. Received it back completely discolored, to the point where it was noticeable at all angles. Would have been better to simply take the cover to a laundromat, or not pick it up period. It's unfortunate that such a simple piece of material could be so easily ruined. We used this cleaner simply out of convenience and because we thought it would be cleaned better than at a laundromat. Oh well. Lesson learned. Definitely will not take any regular dry cleaning here. read more

I took a three piece suit and four dress shirts in to be cleaned. When receiving them back I noticed burned stains on the suit and they'd obviously applied some bleach to the collers to clean them up. They were pleasant and suggested I bring them back in for an additional cleaning. They came back nice and crisp, but the damage was still there. Although they felt bad and said I could file a claim, I would have to leave my clothes there and only get back a fraction of what they were worth. I still had paid to have my garments damaged and expect more from a Torch winning Better Business Bureau awarded company. I've never had damaged clothing before, let alone a lack of empathy. Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more
