Also, if it matters to you, the only "Art" on the wall was a big poster advertising United Healthcare. Stocked vending machine for snacks and laundry supplies. I give it about an 8 on the depresh-o-meter owing to the quality of the decorations, (see above). Cons- top 40 pop music blasting loudly. I used my debit card and was charged an additional 20.00 to my card for a 6.75 purchase...I called the business to inquire about the 20.00 charge and was told that they routinely put a 20.00 hold on your card if you use a bank card to make a purchase and it should come off in a few business days. I was told that there was sign stating this on the machine...If said sign exists then it is not clearly posted in a high visibility area...I don't like or want to do business with a company that tries to deceive or use sketchy business tactics...If I had not checked my bank statement and found this discrepancy it more that likely would have gone unnoticed and the 20.00 charge would have remained...I my opinion this is possibly fraudulent and borderline illegal...either way Northside Cleaners you have lost my business.

The facilities are spotless and while we were doing our laundry the machines were being washed and the rugs were being vacuumed. Kelly was fabulous and took the time to walk us through the use of cards instead of fumbling with quarters. She clearly takes pride in her work and it shows. The choices are 30# washers at $4.25 each, 50# washers at $6.50 each, and 60# washers at $7.50 each. One thing I appreciate is their use of soft water, reducing the amount of detergent needed. Speaking of - there is a nice selection of laundry items at a reasonable price of only $1 each. The dryers are 50 cents for 10 minutes. The bathroom was also very clean, which is rare in many laundromats I have been in while traveling the past 6 years. I will definitely return!

They are new and local, and they actually picked up my laundry and delivered it when it was done. Deb got a couple of stubborn spots out of a shirt I love, and my laundry smelled AMAZING when it came back. Also, she was really nice and kept in touch with me. Quick turnaround, too!
