They were quietly discontinued between 2020-2022. But there's a couple on the internet, such as Amazon. I was told to go to this store to have the sticker printed out. The minute I walked in, it was cold and it almost smelled like a freshly painted house. It reminded me of the time I moved into my new home with my family. The female employee was kind and straightforward with me as I explained to her why I need to return this. Then she told me how to get a QR code but because it was a return replacement order. There wasn't a QR code. So she told me to call customer service. But I insisted on just paying this whole thing and get it over with. There was another family walking in, and the woman was holding some papers for Notary reasons. The female employee told me that she had to handle the customers with notary and that her male colleague would help me. Her male colleague got everything printed out and put my pencils into a blue bag to be shipped out to Amazon. The price was $6.49. $2 for the bag and $4 for the return sticker label. Good thing it wasn't expensive. I told him my story and he was incredibly understanding.

I had to go back 4 times because the prints we're never ready on time. On top of this on our wedding day we learned that there was another mistake and they didn't print a memorial sign that was to honor my dad who had passed away. The prints that were successful were beautiful but I just wouldn't take the stress the entire process was. There were 2 other ladies who were very kind and helpful I believe her name was Gloria? I wish we had worked with them instead.

At about 12:30 PM I overheard the bride talking about how she had just received the design for the seating arrangements that day... for the wedding happening tomorrow morning. Naturally, as the best man, I volunteered to get them printed. I started calling print shops nearby and after a couple dead ends, my third call connected me with The Printing Train. From the moment they answered the phone, they were incredibly positive and helpful. Since the request was a bit unusual and very last minute, they actually walked me through the order while we were still on the phone to make sure everything could get processed in time. They told me they could have it done by the end of the day, which already felt like a miracle. I showed up a little close to closing to pick up the prints and realized the final product wasn't exactly to the specifications the bride had asked for. Honestly, I take responsibility for that because I probably didn't communicate everything clearly while I was in full stress mode. Here's where they truly went above and beyond. Instead of turning me away or telling me it was too late, they immediately offered to reprint everything on the spot and make sure it was done correctly. No hesitation. Just kindness and problem solving. In a moment where I was completely stressed trying to help make someone's wedding day perfect, their help genuinely restored my faith in humanity.
