The poster was so high quality and the dessert bar sign was made perfectly to size even though the sign was a unique size! I reached out a few days before and they delivered quickly. Joely was absolutely amazing and patient with my order. I spent about 2 weeks requesting quotes and messaging several businesses to see if they'd be able to help me with my project . . . unfortunately all of them either didn't respond or their quote was ridiculously high. I came across Minuteman Press and I saw that they were fairly close by to where I live and decided to give them a call to see if I could come in and consult with them about my project for a quicker response. I showed Joely all of my projects and described to her exactly how I wanted it and she did exactly what I needed in such a quick turn over (in a week). Some of my images I provided weren't high quality so Joely patiently suggested several ways for me to enhance the art work myself in order for the prints to come out high quality. I really appreciated how detailed she was. We exchanged several emails and she always kept me updated with my order. It was my first time needing to print out huge artwork like this but Joely made me feel very comfortable through the whole process! Writing this review based solely on pricing. The customer service was exceptional and the lady who helped me was very courteous. I came in to print a single black and white 8.5 x 11" copy off of a flash drive. Total price came out to $2.45. I find this extremely overpriced for a single/regular/b&w print. My advice to Minuteman Press: remove the $2 fee to print off of an external device. Suggestions to other customers: If you are printing a single copy, go to kinkos or fedex printing and shipping where it's on 25 cents at most. read more

I needed funeral programs printed before the weekend and Ken (the owner) was very quick to respond to a quote request and any additional questions I had. He suggested that I email over the digital file beforehand to make sure it was set up correctly to print, which I did, and they confirmed receipt early next morning. I've been a customer here at Minute Man Press for about 4 years. Oddly enough my reason being, to purchase coroplast foam board to make my own guinea pig cage. In the past their prices were very fair and their location being in close proximity to my house made this place a win win. In short, I called ahead to see if they had any coroplast in stock and was told by one of their employees that they would check and call me back. Well she didn't so I just came down to their store. To my surprise they doubled, yes DOUBLED their prices on 4' x 8' coroplast from $40.00 in 2011 to $80.00!!! A "Minute Man" is never a good thing! This place is amazing! I wanted to get my custom-designed wedding invitation inserts printed and had been running around all morning to large office supply stores to try to get it done. All the places I went to gave me the run around or didn't want to do it because they couldn't guarantee quality work. I was on my way to Kinkos and saw a sign for Minuteman Press. I decided to look up the directions to their new location and give them a chance. I am so glad I did. The people at Minuteman Press were very honest and hardworking. They printed, and cut my inserts (3 different sizes) and had them to me before the day they said they would be ready. They were professional and prices were very competitive. If you want things done at a specific time and date, email ahead time what you want and when you can pick it up. Also ask for a price quote via email. If you ask for a price quote and get proofs printed, they most likely will not charge you. My proofs were printed, ready for me to pick up when I arrived and free of charge. In addition, Joely demonstrated to me how to make cut marks on Illustrator. This is very useful if you want their machine to automatically cut items you need. It saves you time and it's a precise cut. read more

Joely is a wonder-woman. Over the years, I've surprised her with several large, last-minute orders and she has completed them all in record-time and with beautiful quality. I have made several orders of perfect bind books with Minuteman, and all of them have turned out great. Joely has always been so willing to work with me and my crazy deadlines. Several print shops have told me that they cannot create perfect bind booklets that are under a certain amount of pages (apparently many machines cannot do that kind of binding unless the booklet is thicker). Minuteman Press had no problem with it, and was able to accommodate my smaller booklet of about 15 pages (30 front and back) by using slightly thicker paper. My university's print shop tried the same job, and ended up with a smashed mess of paper and glue. I will say that my orders of 150 B/W perfect bind booklets have not been cheap. They've been in the $850-1,000 range. But the price is definitely worth the quick turn-around, accommodating service, and beautiful quality. read more
