I had an incredible, amazing, relaxing facial with Shannon who as everybody recognizes publicly, is just incredible, probably one of the best facials I've ever had. And just as important, ........unfortunately, I have no idea what is going on with my face, but I had four giant cysts and they were able to inject them yesterday with some high-tech, disappearing serum, I have no idea the medical terminology but wow did it work, it was urgent because today is my anniversary and I want to look cute for a very special dinner tonight and sure enough I woke up blemish free. The drive was 1 hour 15mins round trip. My appointment had been set 6weeks in advance and they had even sent me an email to confirm i will be there 2 days prior which I confirmed. I tried calling them to understand why they had a closed sign when my appointment was for now, no response. I messaged them and got a very rude response saying they were in medicine hat for the day and they called me during the week but i didn't pick and they couldn't leave a voice message and that it was my responsibility to call them back I looked through my call logs and they never called me at all. Their last call was from 6weeks ago when this appointment booked. I texted them that I had no calls from them and asked why they never emailed me that the appointment was cancelled and got another snarky response I called them today and spoke to a fellow Ramon who was super RUDE. he started claiming that he called me to cancel appointment and I didn't respond and so was my fault. If indeed I was contacted, why had he not followed up with an email and why was a confirmation email sent 2 days prior to appointment. We went back and forth until he finally checked and realized they had inputted my number incorrectly. The last 4 digits didn't correspond with my number at all ( now I don't know how this is possible seeing as they had called me on my number before) After realizing that they made an error, Ramon didn't even seem apologetic at all or offer to compensate for the waste of my time and drive. His response was that it had happened already and all they can do is rebook or refund me my money less the first treatment. This is a laser treatment that has to be done in 6 treatments at regular intervals. If I have to go elsewhere, I have to start over again and pay same amount for full treatment. Why do I have to loose money and time for error they made? If they had even checked their records before passing the blame to the customer for their error, this would have been resolved easily! I still have not gotten an answer as to why an email was not sent to me to cancel appointment and why an email confirming my appointment was still set was sent to me 2 days prior. RAMON refused to answer. Worst worst service and company. AVOID THEM!

The lady that did my nails was so rude I waved to her and said hi and she just looked at me and walked in the place. And not to mention so rough because I explained to the manager the reason it took 2 1/2 hours to do my nails was because she didn't use the drill and just used a nail file. Well I can see why she didn't use a drill because she chopped my fingers up trying to fix her job she did the first time. And than she started to shame me because when I waved to her I was having a smoke and said well you can't have your nails white because you smoke and they will turn yellow right away. Just an all together horrible experience there. And the guy who cut my hair I felt like he was judging me because I had just had my nails done and my makeup was done and he said "oh where are you going to a big party?" Years ago I used to work in the hair industry (head office) and have had my share of stylists, so I have to say I really enjoy a stylist who is confident enough to give you recommendations and tips based on your hair type but yet is not overly pushy.
