I got there, and I was told by Carrie that she never spoke to me on the phone, and hadn't set up any appointments that day. Ok, bold face lie, kind of annoying but ok. I had already taken a cab all the way across town to attend this "appointment" so I wasn't about to turn around and leave.. So I ended up getting a massage from Carrie (who does this weird twitchy blinking thing, which was entirely unattractive) of which I paid $200 for, and I was rushed out of the parlor after only 45 MINUTES of my 1 hour time slot... The now realized exorbitant price for a massage here offers no change rooms, no robes, no teas, no private relax area, no shower, nothing that would constitute this place being able to be called a spa. The massage was mediocre. I booked a therapeutic which was more a relaxation with the added cost. My areas of concern were barely addressed. The beds were comfortable and they did offer a plastic cup of water. They advertised direct billing to insurance providers and we did not receive this either. I regret coming here.

I don't know what I would do without her sometimes. She always fixes me up. And she still tells me that to come and see her when I need. She says I know my body and when it's not doing so well. This time I am in pain because of an injury and I do have to see her again next week. I have been to others in the past where they say come back once a week or twice a week when you feel you don't really need it. Dr Sacco does really care. She is a fantastic Dr that truly does care.
