Now they are not replying to my messages at all. Being ignored after something like this makes the situation even worse. Cosmetic procedures require honesty and transparency. You are literally trusting someone with your face and your health. I walked in feeling confident and left feeling unsafe and completely let down. Please be careful and make sure you know exactly what is being injected into your body before agreeing to anything.

I do imagine the rooms is strange when you aren't in a couple's massage as there is just a curtain between you and someone else unless i'm missing something else about the room to add privacy. The massage was very eclectic - there was a mix of regular massages, use of hot rocks at times and some shiatsu. A mixture that was quite nice and yet I've never had in combo before. The clinic has a very bad attitude and people have every right to ask questions on their procedures and even what exact products are put into their faces. I was planning on spending a lot of money and planning on referring friends and family who also have money. if the receptionist can't bother to take the time to send me an email it's not a clinic I will put my face or money behind.. She is a lovely young lady, but the service itself fell very short. I don't have a ton of money to spend right now, so when I saw the price of a "marvelous manicure" was $48, I was expecting absolute perfection. Instead what I got was having to ask for my nails to be cleaned up (removing the dirt from underneath), ragged cuticles, uneven polish, and a cut on my pinky finger from an emery board that was too sharp. Really overall just a poor job. I could have done a similar or better job on my own and not be out $50. I don't think I'll be returning, at least not for a manicure, any time soon.
