I had the opportunity to come here with a friend for her company outing they do every year. This place is known to host all types of events and even done the rodeo here. The place itself was huge and big enough to fit a big crowd. I really liked how the outside looked. They have lights hanging on the trees so I could imagine how it would look at night (beautiful I believe). They kept the garden and lawn nice and I didnt see any trash laying around. The inside looked good too. They had a huge reception room full of tables which was also nicely decorated. I liked that the center piece was a boot (very Texan). There was another big room where they set up a play area for everyone. They had bounce house, people to face paint, do ballons, draw, and even play games like corn hole. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. They made sure people were good and mainly picked up our trash throughout the event. The food itself was alright. They served nachos with cheese and liked the chips. The beef fajitas were ok and the chicken fajitas had a bit more flavor. It helped I had salsa, guacamole, pice and jalapeño on the side. The rice and beans were decent enough. There was also a guy in the room that set up all kinds of games throughout the event that had us complete with each other for prizes (including money) and even though I didn't win, I still enjoyed myself. Pedrotti's Ranch 5th Annual Fall Fest was an absolutely amazing Texas experience for the whole family * Food & Drinks * Rodeo * Kids Zone * Face Painting * Petting Zoo * Vendors * Pumpkin Patch * and more! We truly enjoyed the delicious BBQ prepared by Chef Ceasar Zepeda and his team. The Brisket Fried Rice stood out for sure. The various combined flavors and textures made this dish an absolute winner. Our VIP access also provided unlimited drinks and special seating for the Rodeo, which set the tone for the whole evening. There's just something about wearing your felt cowboy hat under the Hill Country stars, with a beer in hand and lady on your arm while watching the intensity and energy of the Rodeo. Shout out to the Nick Lawrence band for closing the night with an unforgettable set that packed the dance floor. The dance hall at Pedrotti's is top notch and has fantastic sound and lighting to keep the energy going. It's the perfect venue for any event. This was our second year attending this event and will most definitely not be our last. I highly suggest you join us next year for the 6th annual Fall Fest at Pedrotti's Ranch in Helotes, TX. I have never felt so supported, or so personally attended to at any event I've ever helped plan, and that means more than I can express. The venue was beautifully decorated, spotless, and welcoming the moment we walked in. It set the perfect tone for our evening, and we heard so many compliments about how stunning everything looked. Ms. Fletcher along with Pablo, Ramon, Marina, Kaylee, Aidan, Anthony, Mark, Jordan, and Patty, went above and beyond at every moment. Each request was met with kindness, patience, and a genuine willingness to help, even when I was unsure of what I wanted or needed. Patty, Marina, and Aidan stepped right in to help set up tables without hesitation. Anthony went above and beyond adjusting the lighting until it was perfect. Ramon checked on me throughout the day and evening, never letting me feel alone or overwhelmed. And having the bridal room to get ready in, complete with drinks waiting for us, was a thoughtful gesture that eased so much stress. What stood out most was how personal the service felt. Not once did I feel like "just another event." Your team made me feel seen, supported, and valued from start to finish, and that level of attention is rare, special, and truly appreciated. I've been part of many events over the years, but this experience was, without question, the best. Very cute place. I had the opportunity to go to a company event at Pedrotti's Ranch. Upon arrive the car park can accommodate quite a bit of people. They had officers directing traffic. You walk into the space and it feels very inviting. They have it set up to look like a small western town which is cute. They had a casino and shooting range (didn't check for sure). They had a rodeo show going on that was awesome. Staff was super friendly and attentive. The buffet they had was good. I was told the brisket could have used more seasoning. The drinks were nicely stationed and the bar had some good adult beverages. There was bouncy castles, face painting, balloon artists, people doing drawings of you, games and more. They had everything nicely set up. My friends and I played in the jenga tournament. We got second place. I didn't like where that was set up because people kept cutting through there. I was worried someone would bump it. Overall, it was a great experience at a wonderful venue. Definitely would recommend booking this place. I can't wait to attend another event here. If your company is looking for a place to rent, wedding venues, quince event you name it. This place can definitely accommodate your needs. Thank you to the wonderful staff and kept everything going. We were there for a large event. Great signage and law enforcement to help with parking. The outdoor areas were very nice with lots of twinkling lights. The plated meal was served efficiently with helpful staff members fetching pitchers of tea and water as needed. Plenty of restrooms for both men and women. Seating was round tables with an elevated stage area. I'm guessing about 700 people, yet not crowded. The food was the only issue. It was a Friday during Lent so I understand they wanted to avoid red meat. The green beans and carrots were excellent, a bit crisp the way I like them. The main course was some type of cheese and spinach pasta lasagna - not very flavorful and the serving was tiny! The garlic bread was already on the table and each piece had been halved - so again tiny. Dessert was cheesecake - it appeared to be purchased elsewhere and then drizzled with a strawberry sauce. I assume the hosts were trying to limit food costs as this was a fundraiser; but still the food was quite disappointing. I would return to a smaller or private event as the venue is charming. read more

Had an employee event there, but I definitely could see a wedding there with the beautiful trees. At our event they had fun activities for the kids and adults, barbecue was just ok. Event was inside during the hot summer which made it very comfortable. I'm guessing they probably have outside activities in the cooler Months. I do not recommend this place for private events. They will more than likely have many events going on at the same time creating lots of confusion on where you're supposed to go, and it creates a lot of traffic. It doesn't help that the parking organization is very bad. read more

I attended a Christmas party with a group in my neighborhood. This has got to be the worst event I have ever attended. I am gluten intolerant, and told the event coordinator that I needed a gluten-free meal. Before any of the the meals were served, the wait staff came to our table and had the names of people food allergies, but my name was not on their list. When I politely asked if I could get a gluten-free meal, they told me no I had to take it up with my event coordinator. I had no clue who my event coordinator was. When everyone's meals arrived, they were cold. We complained and asked for warm meals. The staff continued to serve the entire party cold meals. Numerous other tables began to complain. My table of 8 continued to sit with cold food in front of us and I sat with no meal whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager on behalf of my table, and the waiter that I spoke to proceeded to tell me that he tried to tell his boss that they were doing things all wrong. He also informed me that he had his own catering business, and actually tried to give me his phone number, and Information so that if we did another party, I could use him instead of Pedrotti's. I truly was looking for a candid camera because I could not believe that this fiasco was actually happening. We had arrived on a bus with the exception of a few people who came in their own cars. We started trying to arrange for our group members to leave via car. Well over 30 minutes or more of waiting for a hot plate, two of our table of 8 found a way home and asked for their meals to be put in a to go container. The same waiter that tried to solicit business for his own company went to get to go containers and then came back and said they can't give us the food and a to go container because of Covid. I notified Pedrotti's and about a week later, Anthony Pedrotti called me at my home and told me that he had refunded a significant portion of my clubs payment to Pedrotti's and when I contacted my club, they said that was not true. Not only did I have a horrible time as did most of my friends, but Mr. Pedrotti tried to get me to remove my review with the promise that he had refunded the money. read more

Great venue-it's like a little town. Very fun and unique experience. I attended a benefit dinner for the sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) charity to honor the volunteers who help build beds for children. They had a dinner buffet was very nice with great service followed by a presentation and slide show. There was plenty of various beverages on tap and games available to play. The owner was also very personable and we enjoyed a polite conversation. Definitely worth a future revisit, in my opinion, to check out the other venues and activities offered at this location. read more

Attended a company picnic here. I'm glad it was not an outdoor event. It was 100 degrees today and the indoor facilities was nice. The main dining room has a country theme. Green carpet and green seats. They do have decorations and most of it is artificial plants. The second room where the banquet buffet was hear was a large room and we had 6 lines that went pretty quick. Food service : potato salad, beans, bread, cream corn, chicken, sausage and brisket. Condiment table had pickles, onions, butter, jalapeños, BBQ sauce. Drink service. They had numerous drink station with ice, water, tea and lemonade. Dessert was ice cream bar assortment. Soda was served at the main counter with the dessert. Stars 1 star for have AC and an indoor facilities enough to hold a large company like Amazon. 1 star for food...not bad. We did enjoy the food. 1 star over all experience. - star for bathrooms I think bathrooms needed to be checked every now and then. It was disgusting when I went in. More than half of the woman's stall were gross. 1/2 star for service. No big wow factor. They did their job. read more

The owner totally understands customer service!! I was at a large company event hosted by Pedrotti's when the servers at the venue closed up the buffet and my company focused on some End-of-the-Year speeches and employee recognition awards. Here was the problem. You know when you're eating something so good, you get sad as the portion reduces on your plate? That's what I went through! The food was SO good that I didn't want my food to end! After the awards and recognition ceremony was over, everyone focused on the fun activities spread throughout the venue, while I kept the chicken I had earlier on my mind. About 45 minutes later, I asked a server if I could get another plate of chicken. She said "I'm not sure, I'll check," and turned around to ask a young guy if I could have another plate of chicken even though the food had been cleaned up. "ABSOLUTELY!" he said to me. "What else would you like? Any sides?" That's when he went to the back and I found out he's the owner. He came back a minute later with a hot plate of food in his hands. This deserves 5 Stars in MY book because not only did the owner say Yes to the customer, but he did the customer service work himself! :) When do you see the owner of a restaurant interacting with customers, and getting their hands dirty for that customer WHILE managing 30 other employees at the same time? When the customer service goes ABOVE AND BEYOND, that's when! Our company event was pretty huge. And there were a LOT of moving pieces for him to manage. Everything went smoothly, the food tasted great, the bathrooms were gorgeous and clean (with fancy sitting areas) and the staff's customer service was a 5 Star experience! This venue has been used for several years to host a fundraiser for the charity Wish for Our Heroes, which supports military families with needs. The Pedrotti family are great hosts and the venue was perfect. This year, 2020 the event was held outside drive-in style, with adult beverages, live music, live auction and silent auction. The event was a success this year as it was last year and the venue and the owners are wonderful hosts. I look forward to traveling to Texas again from California next year for this event. read more

This is an incredible venue that should be tops on your list when searching for a spot to host your next special event. They have a sprawling space tucked just north of 1604 in Helotes (a quick and easy drive, I got there in 12 minutes from my house). It's off the highway, quiet, covered in trees and just a lovely place to enjoy and wander around. They have the space to accommodate everything from an intimate get-together to a really huge, blowout type of party, and a rodeo arena in the back - just in case things really get wild. Several different rooms, each with varying atmospheres, but all with an ability to transform into anything you might want it to be. I can picture swanky events here, I can picture Texas-style "dust of your boots and starch your jeans," and really anything in between. And I had the fortunate pleasure of meeting the owner. He is super-accommodating and ready to tackle any ideas you throw his way. It's the type of place event planners dream about. Next time you're in the market for a unique event space (with on-site catering and tons of parking) without a doubt, give Pedrotti's a call and set up a tour. Went here for a work "organization/fun" day. The inside venue was great, no rain, no heat, no bugs. Food was ok, brisket was moist and tender. But the FUN, was the funnest part. This was a military organization so I was expecting some mandatory fun, but I literally didn't stop laughing and moving for four hours. We started with a large scale Jenga tournament. Very strict rules and time limits kept it moving along and we had a blast. There were adult tricycle races, Cornhole challenges, shoe tosses, tire rolls, bingo, karaoke, trivia, I'm sure I am missing some more events. I was in charge of organizing my ten-year class reunion in San Antonio and I live in London, England. It was a difficult project to juggle and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure all of the logistics on the night became one thing I did not have to worry about. We had our ceremony and reception at the ranch, and everything was flawless, even when I was making little changes of things just a few hours before the start of the ceremony they were able to accommodate and still pull everything off FLAWLESSLY! I would reccommend it to every single person, the venue is wonderful and the experience was so above and beyond what other venues offer! Oh and not to mention, I'm still getting compliments on how AMAZING the food was, everyone always says wedding food is gross, well let me tell you, chicken picatta is my dish that I make ALL THE TIME and I don't make it as good as that :-) Pedrotti's is a top notch venue, with top notch service, and they will make your EVENT AMAZING! Very disappointing venue. The outside is quite interesting but once I stepped inside everything went downhill. Dirty carpet cheesy decorations. Terrible staff and management. The staff was rude and clueless. I asked if they could set up another table for our group. The staff refused to set up another table for our group. I asked a manger and he told me they could not set up another table... No explanation whatsoever. My group was African American so I do not know if that had something to do with it. The staff/manager did not even offer us a chair! We were forced to not only stand and eat but also stand for the rest of the event. I hope to never return here. Company had event here, it was awful and the food was terrible!!! The pastries they put out for breakfast were old and dry. The box lunches were old as well. Took the sandwich apart to fix it and the lettuce was brown and wilted. The chairs we had to sit in for hours were small, uncomfortable, and placed way too close together-both side by side and aisle to aisle. read more

Anthony was a HUGE help in organizing the Graduation party for our three children, he went above and beyond what was expected. We wanted to do something different with the entertainment and his help in procuring a game show for the night made our lives so much easier. The venue was fantastic. There is a huge main room with a dance floor and a bar. They did a great job decorating for our Christmas party. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. My big complaints were the food and the drinks. The turkey and ham dinner was literally sliced deli turkey and ham rolled up like tacos. Not impressed at all. The cash bar served drinks so watered down I was ordering doubles and still couldn't taste any bourbon. We hosted a business event for 100+ business guests with a variety of entertainment options like the mechanical bull, photography, casino night and a live rodeo. Our customers had such a great time, they were talking about it for a long time after the event. The food was good and the staff was courteous. The event was so good when we did it the first time, that we returned for a second event a couple years later. My husband and I had our 25 aniversary party at Pedratti's. We wanted a coastal, Jimmy Buffet kind of party and they gave us every thing we could imagine from food to decorations.
