Where to begin?? Welp, called this place yesterday looking for a titanium bike. Talked to Craig,…read morehe said that he has one I can demo. I said GREAT! I will be there tomorrow at 2pm. Next day I rolled in, first impression is the place feels homey, got greeted immediately, and Craig made me feel like a long time friend. We started talking bikes all the while he is prepping my demo bike, you know it's a great place when 2 hours has passed and still talking about bikes and life in general. After the bike was set up, he started to set up this bike contraption (not sure what it's called) to measure a whole lotta stuff, think of it as you are buying a very very expensive suit and how they measure you, but ten times better because its for a bike, of course! Now, the best part is not one mention if bike cost or how much I can afford or what my budget is, Craig solely focused on bike fit and me having a bike that I will love for the rest of my life! I have never had such great experience! I guess this is how SUPERSTARS are treated, at least that's the way I felt. Tapeless tubless wheels, proper offsets and geometry. I went with the 35+ and the ride is amazing. Literally the best wheels around I have been on in the 46 years of riding. By wait there is more. I have had a few bikes assembled by Charles and his attention to detail is crazy, I thought I was picky about how I put stuff together. I was in OB this weekend riding around and I got a flat rear tire on my ebike. Called them and…read morethey said they didn't have my tube size. Luckily I had a spare tube, but unluckily I didn't have my 18mm wrench to remove the rear wheel. They said they could do it, and I dropped the bike off. They closed in two hours and said it would be done by 5. Walked by about an hour later (no call), and the bike was in the store and done. Go inside and no one was in the store, but I heard someone in the back. After a few minutes we looked in the back and asked if the bike was done. It was, and it was $20 for the fix. I was happy with that! Started riding out of OB, and by the time we hit Morena area, something felt off. Looked down and the tire looked soft. Within 5 more minutes it was dead flat. Had to call for a ride all the way back home. Today I looked at the tire closely with a flashlight and saw that they never removed the tiny piece of metal in the tire that caused the flat. Took the wheel off and put pressure in the tube, only to find the leak was on the inner (rim side) of the tube. Nothing sharp on the rim, so they must have messed up on the install. Why replace a tube and not inspect the tire? And a bike shop that installs a tube wrong that causes a flat? Gave this place 2 stars just for the fact that I'm only out $20

I found the bike at Pulse Endurance Bike Shop. I contacted Mike the shop's owner to start the process. I hadn't bought a bike in 16 years. I have an older Pinarello Dogma. Mike was super helpful and super knowledgeable about all the new technology and the things that I've changed. He set up an amazing bike for me. I've been riding the Pinarello for about a month.
