The office staff is nice and in 9 years I have never had a bad experience with the office staff or nurses.. (Mary, the receptionist, rocks, she is great). The nurses are the best and love the kids! In 9 years i have never had a problem getting my kids in for an appointment. Dr. William Stanton is wonderful as is his nurse Kim. I have 3 children, and have seen him since 2004. He takes his time and has always advocated for my kids when needed. Dr. Stanton has referred us to some great specialist when needed too. He has a very casual bedside manner and uses common sense and humor in his practice. I will state we've been going so long that we have seen every nurse and doctor. However, I have seen Dr Samara one time and did not have a great experience. The experience was so bad that when I call for an appointment, if Dr Stanton is not available i tell them I will see anyone BUT Dr. Samara. I'm sure his treatment was spot on, however, when I saw him my two youngest were 2 & 3 years old. As they were playing with some of the toys in the exam room Dr. Samara was completely put out at the noise the kids were making while playing with the exam room toys and he sternly asked them to please stop and not play so loud which startled and scared my three yr old. Well, I can tell you my kids can be loud, however, that day there were no loud yells, giggles, or sibling yells of "no" of any kind. It was just the toys and some sibling banter. I couldn't believe he was so annoyed by it because after all he's a pediatrician and it was the toys he provided in the room which had music buttons, bells, ect. Needless to say, he has no kids of his own so go figure.... Did I mention we love Dr Stanton!?! read more
