She told me the intake paperwork had to be digital. Mind you to my left there were 3 clipboards prepped with blank intake forms. I was also not asked for my ID or insurance card which was weird. I didn't even get to finish the intake forms before I was called back. The medical assistant for Dominique was pleasant. Dominique was pleasant up until she wasn't. When I told her I didn't know how to track my ovulation and asked how to do it she gave me a look that was very condescending as if she expected me to already know that information. Mind you I'm also a nurse and would NEVER EVER treat any patient like they are stupid for not knowing something. I used my well woman exam to vet this office to see if I would use them for obstetrics in the next few months and the answer is absolutely not. She was also supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy and 9 days later she still hasn't done it. I inquired about brands of prenatal vitamins and she told me they all do the same thing (which they don't) and gave no specific brands to try. Thankfully I have such a great PCP who is kind, caring, and knowledgable and gave me proper information. Nurse to nurse do better girl. I asked for him to call in some prenatals for me... he never did. Then I get a bill in the mail for $50 after I already paid a $70 copay. Turns out this was all an error and I was credited on my next visit. Still annoying. Fast forward to 3 months later where we are pregnant and I schedule my first appointment. Well a week later on New Year's Day I started bleeding with visible clots. It was the longest 24 hours ever to wait for the practice to open on 1/2 to see when I can come in. I called no less than 9 times starting at 9 am and no one was answering. I left a message and heard nothing until 1045 am. I had to call their Plano office (nicest lady ever who was so sweet and caring, btw) to get any sort of progress made. So I go in at 11, wait forever again but not quite 50 min, to see dr. Estafondiari who, was very lovely as I said. She was the only dr present so I understood that I had to wait. They do a sono and labs and send me on my way and tell me they'll call me the next day (a Thursday) with results and I'll come back Friday to check my levels again. Thursday rolls around and I'm patient until the afternoon when I call and leave a message asking for my beta results. I finally get a call back and it's pretty clear I've miscarried and the dr tells me not to bother coming in the following day for labs again. So it doesn't stop there. After my devastation the practice has the nerve to call me and see if I'm still coming for my labs. What?! I miscarried and we all know it. As if that wasn't enough I get an appointment reminder a week later about my upcoming sonogram appointment. WHY WERENT THESE APPOINTMENTS ALL CANCELLED!! I had a miscarriage. End of story. Please fix these problems because it's devastating to treat a woman who's suffered loss like this. I will not be back. What a shame for such nice doctors to have such a crappy staff.

HOWEVER, my insurance changed at the start of this year. I updated the office before my 16 week appointment and as soon as I got to my appointment they had to reschedule me because of the doctor not being available but also because they could not figure out my new insurance. They asked me to call my insurance company and I found out their office is not covered. So unfortunately I had to find another doctors office that would be covered under my insurance. In order to make an appointment there, I had to ask CWC to send over my medical records to the new office. CWC told me they need 14 business days just to get all my paperwork together (I'm sure all my stuff is digital and I've only had 3-4 appointments, so I'm not sure what takes so long) and after asking if they can expedite it so I can make a new appointment and don't miss any appointments, they refused and could not care less over the phone.
