5 star doctors and office staff BUT…read more.. Billing is a nightmare. Every single time I take my children for a well visit (which is covered 100% by my insurance), I am billed for the full cost of the visit. When I call the billing department, I am told it is my insurance provider's fault. The first few times this happened, I spent HOURS on hold/phone calls with customer service at COPC and my insurance company. In the end, the cause of the problem has always been COPC and NOT my insurance company. One time, it was because my primary care physician was on leave of absence and the doctor that saw my children wasn't approved by the insurance company to treat patients until the following day due to an office error. One time the issue was that the address for the well visit provided by the practice was an xray facility so the insurance company denied it as fraudulent because well visits do not occur there. As I write this, I am on hold with my insurance company to find out what the problem is this time. When I called the billing department today, I was again told that the problem rested with the insurance company and that COPC could resubmit the claim but that it would most likely be rejected again. I asked if someone there could find what the problem is this time instead of me having to spend hours doing so and was told that they have done everything they can on their end. This is really beyond frustrating because I would recommend the practice to anyone and everyone for the quality of care but the hassle of billing is a huge problem. Sadly, we may be leaving the practice due to it. Finding a new primary care for 4 children is just such a daunting task. I just wish they would get these issues fixed so we could stay!

I hope when she does moves locations this summer- they are more particular who is at front and center of their office. If they continue to have staff who acts at this level- I'll just go elsewhere.

My review is based solely on my experience with a massage here. I did not experience chiropractic…read moreservice here. I had a fantastic experience here overall. When I came in, I was greeted, I felt welcomed, and in my conversation about my back with the massage therapist out front, the chiropractor came out and talked to me as well. My wife had bought me a gift of Groupon for a massage here recently and it was very easy (online) to schedule an appointment. Due to previous experience with Groupon, I expected to wait months for an appointment. I had an email from the massage therapist and felt welcomed even before I walked through the door. I have hardly any experience getting a massage so I was not sure what to expect. I appreciated the fact that Sarah (my massage therapist) asked me questions to find out where my pain was and tailored my massage experience to my answers. It was just the right amount of pressure because she asked me near the beginning if that's what worked for me. I was there for a 50 minute massage and although I did not fall asleep, it was very relaxing. I felt like taking a nap when she told me our time was done and I could take my time getting up. I could see going back and I don't think it'll be another 7 years before I have another massage. So relaxing, and with this experience, so worth the price.

On my long and arduous journey of recovery, I've suffered from various conditions including IBSD, spinal issues, slipped discs, neuropathies and fibromyalgia. His adjustments and nutritional advice are definitely helping me feel better and within a few weeks I already feel more hopeful. More than anything else, the reason I would recommend Dr.Luke is not just because he's a really great doctor, but out of the maybe close to a 100 doctors I've seen in my 28 years, I've never met a doctor more personable or caring than he. I cannot emphasize enough how important that is to a person dealing with chronic pain and/or disability. So, if you want a doctor that is skilled, compassionate and really listens, he's your best bet. I actually look forward to my appointments. Going to the doctor's doesn't seem like a stressful, miserable experience. I always leave feeling both physically and emotionally better! I've also had massages with Sarah and Becky. Both of them are very professional, amicable and do a great job. The rooms are immaculate. The whole staff is super friendly and it really feels like you're a part of a family there. It's affordable and even the massage packages and prices are some of the best I've found anywhere so I definitely recommend!

AVOID this doctors office at all costs. This was the most disrespectful & unprofessional healthcare…read moreexperience I have ever had. Both the doctor and receptionist shouldn't be in charge of patient care. I have worked in healthcare for over 13 years and would never treat ppl so poorly. I was calling to confirm an appointment after not receiving confirmation and the receptionist responded "you never sent shot records so we didn't prepare your visit." After explaining I sent them months ago, I told them this visit was very important as my child has been having kidney problems and I made this appointment 2 months in advance to insure she could be seen on a date I could bring her. I said regardless she has all her vaccines and I have the originals here I will bring. The doctor herself then said "well it must not be that important to you if you didn't send her shot records." At that point I was so without words that I ended the phone call and cried the next hour thinking about how a pediatrician with a medical license to treat sick children, just insulted me over a vaccine record that I have printed and in my hand....Ready to present to them in person. I am not sure why this made me deserving of such unkindness. Absolutely dreadful and shameful. I expect better customer service and couth from medical professionals. There are hundreds of other pediatricians that will show basic levels of respect and human decency so there is no reason to go to this one.

She used the same needle and re inserted it twice in her wrist, not only did she have to reinsert it she just kept fishing and wiggling it around?!? She wasn't even able to successfully do it and I had to step in and tell her to stop and that we were done. We then proceeded to leave. She didn't know how to take blood, I'm so upset and have never seen someone treat an adult like that none the less a child! This wasn't only traumatic for me but for my daughter, how is she suppose to trust a doctor now when she put her through that? I'm furious she was so incompetent.and my child had to be the one to suffer at her hands . we won't be back ever again, and we had been here for 2 years and this was the first serious thing we needed her help with, and I'm extremely disappointed.

Dr Tobin was well worth the wait. I immediately felt at ease. He could see behind my facade and answer the questions I wasn't asking, fully and in terms that I could understand. He was still waiting for my ultrasound results which hadn't been sent over before my appointment and he told me he would get them, study them and give me his recommendations. He followed up promptly the next day. I didn't answer the phone because I thought it was another one of "buy my house" calls. I certainly did not expect a return call that quickly. Dr Tobin left a short message and followed up with an email which explained fully his thoughts. In some ways the email was good because I could refer to it. You know your mind kind of goes blank when taking in medical information. I was very pleased with the care Dr Tobin gave me. I highly recommend him. Furthermore the entire office is one of efficiency and competence. I brought a big book preparing to wait in both the outer and inner office. Nope...there he was. And when Dr Tobin was in the room, I didn't feel rushed. I felt like I was his sole focus. I wish I could remember the names of his nurses. They also deserve a shout out for their competence and friendliness. You are always nervous seeing a new doctor. I felt cared for. This is a well run operation.
