The response time to messages is very quick, and we've even used photos and videos to help in diagnoses and treatments. We have gotten prescriptions ordered the same night (invaluable when dealing with a fussy baby) with in-office follow-ups the next morning. She asks US when we are available to come in, and it seems as though she cares for our infant as much as she would care for her own children. I cannot say enough for how amazing this service has been in the first month. I look forward to continuing our relationship with Dr. Sinclair!

I really liked Dr. Tim as he was very comprehensive with his information. He told us about himself, background, schooling, and personal experience with his own children. Two of his sons were preemies which made us very comfortable because we have one of our own. I am glad to know that he knows how we have felt and he understands the preemie condition. The staff was great as they were excited to meet us and very congenial. the one nurse went searching for a book to give us about the first year with a child. I felt like they welcomed us and claimed us in one visit. They have two waiting rooms, one for healthy children and another for sick. I am glad my wife pointed this out as we were leaving because I wouldn't have noticed it. We only had to wait 2 minuted before we were called back in. My daughter actually enjoyed her visit even her vaccinations. They have a sick hour from 8-9 AM everyday where you can stop in for an unscheduled visit in case you are worried about your sick child. The building is new which also makes this very nice. No problems with parking. I would recommend coming here as I have other friends who really like this office. They have at least 4 doctors, but I have only met our main doctor as of now.

While it was a little further away, I was just glad I could get in relatively fast. I only had to schedule about a week or so out. The directions were simple and it was easy to find, right off 270. I arrived fifteen minutes prior to my appointment, which is the time repeated over and over again on voicemails and emails, and was checked in right away. They gave me a surgical mask, took my temperature, verified all my insurance and information, and took my co-pay. I filled out a form and waited for roughly five minutes before a nurse took me to a room and covered my medications, allergies, etc. My appointment started right on time and took about an hour (typical for these types of appointments). The place was sparkling clean, the entire staff was friendly and while everyone had masks on, I could tell they were smiling and empathetic to the situation we've all been in the past several months. My 12 year old son suffered from chronic, severe, life debilitating nausea and had missed most of…read more6th grade. His 'specialists' in the GI departments at both Nationwide Children's and Cincinnati Children's Hospitals did not know how to treat it. The nausea was residual following a 4 year battle with small bowel Crohn's Disease but was in remission following a large resection in 2013. We found Dr. Michael Joseph in May of 2015 and he started treating my son. At the time, my son was sleeping 17-18 hours a day and was severely depressed due to his level 9 nausea that he had 24/7 for going on 9 months.
