She's patient, she listens, she's non-judgmental (I don't get that a lot as a fat patient) and she's more than willing to work with me on healthcare needs and goals instead of jamming prescriptions and diagnoses down my throat. (Can you tell I've had less than stellar doctors before? XD) The staff, from front desk people to nurses and social workers, is always friendly and professional, they're usually running on time or within perfectly acceptable ranges, and they're even good at drawing blood from my temperamental veins. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a new primary care person.

She always takes plenty of time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. This is a pretty small office. I've found it easy to schedule appointments both for sick visits as well as regular check ups. I haven't had the opportunity to see any of the other doctors except over the phone when I've called the on-call doctor. I've found the nurses and office staff to be very helpful and pleasant as well.

The RN team has been amazing. So kind so gentle. RN Nikki really made us feel like we can trust them with good ethical care. My LO had been traumatized by another clinic down the street that held her down and tore her pants!! Which is just ridiculous and unhelpful. I have to commend the staff. They really have been so welcoming. Thank you!! Your kindness and understanding really helped me have faith in the medical system. PS - their office is redone and sooo cute with an aquarium of fishes and clean and bright!

Dr Fosselman told me that 'all girls vaginas smell' when I expressed concern over one of my daughters potentially having a UTI at one appt, so I can assure everyone we won't be seeing him again. To sum it up, most of the providers are fantastic, the front desk staff is horrendously rude in person and they have treated me harshly time and again. I work at a hospital (I am a healthcare worker) so I feel as though I have a right to express my opinion on how awful they are. Dr Bar Lev is the reason I stay!

Dr. Sinclair is the best! While we are only one month into using the pediatric concierge service, I…read morecan honestly say it has been amazing. With our infant in daycare we are no stranger to coughs/colds. Being able to text Dr. Sinclair during off hours in the mornings and evenings gives our family the comfort we need as new parents. The response time to messages is very quick, and we've even used photos and videos to help in diagnoses and treatments. We have gotten prescriptions ordered the same night (invaluable when dealing with a fussy baby) with in-office follow-ups the next morning. She asks US when we are available to come in, and it seems as though she cares for our infant as much as she would care for her own children. I cannot say enough for how amazing this service has been in the first month. I look forward to continuing our relationship with Dr. Sinclair!

We are so very lucky in Columbus to have a progressive, integrative, holistic pediatrician like Dr…read more Sant who does not simply medicate symptoms - rather, she looks at the whole child and brings the best of Eastern and Western medical and healing knowledge. She is breastfeeding friendly (something you would think ALL pediatricians would be, but not all are!), informed and relaxed about vaccines/delaying them, and has a wonderful way with her patients and their parents. We have not yet taken advantage of the yoga classes available at Whole Kids but I hope to this fall - love that they offer these! We drive WAY across town (live on the northeast side - drive to the southwest side) for the sole purpose of having Dr. Sant as our pediatrician. We've never once regretted our decision to seek out Dr. Sant for our daughter's care. I do not know what kind of chip the prior reviewer had on her shoulder, but that experience is NOT at all close to what I've experienced with Dr. Sant and her staff over the past three years. Dr. Sant's staff has been great to work with, helpful with forms we've needed filled out for daycare, and quick to help with appointments and such.

My husband and I took our first child to this practice as an infant, lured by the promise of a…read moreblend of eastern and western (allopathic) traditions. Their site and marketing is well-designed and slick along those lines. Then it all just breaks down from there. Dr. Sant, the founder and chief physician of the practice, is a very nice woman with a calm demeanor, but that alone cannot justify the administrative incompetence and failures of this practice as a whole. For 6 weeks we had been trying to retrieve a copy of our child's medical records and immunization schedule from the staff there. Numerous phone calls later, they had the audacity to tell us that they didn't "think" they could send the records directly to us. Um. Do you not know what HIPAA is? Doctors at our new pediatrics practice told us today that the records kept by Wholekids were incomplete, unprofessional and inconsistent. They told us to advise our friends to move their children from that practice, given what they saw in our child's medical record. Other details: -As a general rule, staff/receptionists do not return phone calls or messages. -Email and fax access to people on staff is nonexistent. -Getting a live person on the phone is nearly impossible -No weekend hours, no vacation backup -Some of the nursing staff are very unprofessional (screaming fit because there is a spider on the wall) -"Salesy" kind of atmosphere, trying to get you to buy expensive herbal and dietary supplements. Any benefit gained by being a slightly "less traditional" pediatric practice disappeared as every time my child saw Dr. Sant she ended up with an antibiotic prescription anyway.

The front desk staff were great with helping with school forms and scripts due to a newly diagnosed severe food allergy. They are pretty clear and upfront about their practices vaccination policies and philosophy. If you aren't a traditionalist regarding vaccines you may not be happy here. He's completely chill, he listens to me, but still does good doctoring (as in, not SO chill that he's not on top of my healthcare). Being a person of size (aka, a fat girl), I've had a lot of bad luck with doctors--one doctor I have seen in the past told me to lay off the fast food without ever even asking me about my diet, which I would bet includes more fresh vegetables than his. Dr. Simon doesn't make any assumptions about me and actually looks at my vitals, levels, and overall health performance to gauge whether I am healthy. And he listens to my thoughts on my health and helps me with my own goals. It straight up makes me emotional to get such good health care. 2) Their nurses and office support are also very friendly and competent. 3) I'm never kept waiting for absurd amounts of time. I'm always seen in a very reasonable amount of time and my visits are paced very well. 4) ONLINE PORTAL FOR COMMUNICATION! I can't even stress how awesome this thing is. You get test results, updates to your vitals and health information, and you can !email! if you have health questions that don't require a full-on visit, or if you're not sure if you need to visit. I think you might be able to make appointments through it. It's great. My only downside is their location, but you know what? I'm more than happy to go to Polaris to see Dr. Simon. I'd even go during rush hour if I had to.
