I talked with a friend who recommended a HVAC professional who came out and told me my flame sensor was causing the issue. It continually builds up carbon and needs to be cleaned every year. If I would have known this to be the case I would never have purchased this type of furnace. Every year someone needs to make a visit to clean my flame sensor. The cost from Neighborhood would be a typical service call of $100 !! This should have been mentioned at the time of the sale and not discovered after having purchased the unit.
