I tried calling, texting, and emailing both to provide the information needed from the electrical company as well as in an attempt to obtain a quote. We never heard back. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave them both time and follow ups. I feel it's highly unprofessional to ghost a customer like that.

We had a bit of a tricky problem with a circuit that seemed to be tripping an AFCI breaker…read morefrequently, but the breaker didn't show that it was tripped. Bill responded quickly and came well-prepared after he asked me to describe the problem and provide some pictures beforehand. On site, he checked receptacles and breaker and then figured it out quickly. As a result, he replaced the faulty AFCI breaker. Very knowledgeable of the Electrical Code and did the work right, replacing the old breaker with an upgraded code-compliant version. He explained the work he did thoroughly and showed us where the fault had occurred. Charges were exactly what he had estimated upfront, which were not out of line.
