I talked with a friend who recommended a HVAC professional who came out and told me my flame sensor was causing the issue. It continually builds up carbon and needs to be cleaned every year. If I would have known this to be the case I would never have purchased this type of furnace. Every year someone needs to make a visit to clean my flame sensor. The cost from Neighborhood would be a typical service call of $100 !! This should have been mentioned at the time of the sale and not discovered after having purchased the unit. It was determined that our house's sewer drains were poorly installed, with very little slope and several sharp bends. A sewer line cleaning company cleared it out, and Andy reset our new toilet.
