Davis came out the same day and fixed it within 30 minutes. I then showed him some additional work we wanted done - the master bath tub had a leaking faucet and we also wanted shutoff valves installed on both the hot and cold lines behind the service panel. He quoted $520 for the spigot and tub work together, which I accepted. He came back two days later to perform the tub work (less than 60 minutes). (The prior job had taken longer than expected). He contacted me when he was on his way to be sure I was there to let him into the cellar. He looked things over and not long afterward he arrived --he diagnosed the problem. In less than 90 minutes he replaced the feeder pipe to the outdoor faucet as well as the faucet.
