Pedego 101 has been servicing my E-Trikes for almost two years. I can definitely see why they have such a succesful business for over 10 years. Owners John & Linda; along with Connor, their Master Technician, are all second to none in all facets of sales and service. I am extremely anal when it comes to my E-trike running at 100%. In addition, I have customized my E-Trike with many accessories including night lighting, a multi-outlet power station in the rear cargo basket, an infotainment system, and even a hard wired refrigerator stored in the rear cargo basket to name just a few. Connor has done a superb job with all of this customization; along with the additional wiring being most aesthetically pleasing for the uniqueness of my personal taste. Furthermore, they have kept every timely committment for the pick-up, return and elite service of the E-Trike. In all honesty; I wouldn't have an E-Trike without having the high level of service and support of Pedego 101. My immense thanks go out to John, Linda and Connor for all they have done!!! read more

Pedego 101 Electric Bikes - Tracey with her new bike. After riding almost a dozen bike brands we finally went with the Pedego interceptor. This bike has it all. - Bike Rentals Near Me - Simi Valley, California

Shopped around for weeks looking for the right ebike. Finally decided I wanted to test ride the Element. At 6'1'', I was worried it'd be too small. They set one up for me on the spot, explained everything to me in a clear way without being condescending or making me feel rushed or burdensome. ride three bikes, and two of them twice. I left with an Element in the back of my truck! Love the bike, and love the place. Linda and her husband John were super nice and helpful, as were the techs (can't remember their names ) and I couldn't be happier with the service. read more

Well - I stopped by for the second time to SERIOUSLY consider buying a pair of electric bikes from them. I first visited when they had just opened while I was at the weekend Farmers' Market in their parking lot. I found the staff to be cheerful and knowledgeable. Since that first visit I had been looking for other electric bikes in local bike shops and found one ONE in stock elsewhere - and every time they were far more expensive. I know this is comparing apples to cookies dissimilar probably - as something costing twice the money and looking completely different is going to be like that. Anyways - although I have not bought from them yet I am citing them for being "A-OK" on my two visits. The second visit last week being a more inquisitive questioning visit where most of my concerns and queries went fully answered. Now the only thing left is to convince my spouse that I'd like a PAIR of E bikes for fathers' day for myself and to share with my spouse and best friend of 32 years! (silent grinning) read more

I bought a Pedego Ridge Rider from Pedego 101 a couple of years ago; recently had a problem with rear tire going flat for no apparent reason. John took the bike 3 times and persisted until finding a fix - at no charge! Unbelievable customer service, I would unhesitatingly recommend - both purchase and support has been outstanding! Bike has proven a great outlet during pandemic times. read more

Bought my Pedego a few years ago at a different Pedego dealer. Had a flat last weekend and didn't want to mess with the motor hub, so brought it into this shop about 4:15 in the afternoon. I was expecting to leave it, but they took it right back and replaced the tube. Fair price and great service! read more

Linda and John are knowledgable, friendly and supportive. They helped me experiment with different bikes to fulfill my fantasy of riding a bike to work, mountain biking and looking as cool as an old guy can look on a bike. I sit for a living and it's been a veeeeery long time since I've done any exercise. An electric bike sounded fun and an excellent way to get me started riding again. When I was younger I did a lot of mountain biking and gradually rode less and less as I worked more and more. I recently started working locally and loved the idea of staying out of my car and off the freeway. After a looooong day of sitting, I ride home and I feel energized instead of drained from more sitting in the car for the commute home. Benefits of electric bike for me: I ride more than I would because I can adjust whether I'm using throttle only, pedal assist or my own power. I ride further because I know that if I get tired or bored, I can switch to throttle only or increase the power of peddle assist. I experiment with turning off power assist when I want more of a workout or if I want to see if I'm getting stronger. No matter how I'm riding it's always fun fun fun. Additionally, Linda and John have helped me optimize my bike and riding. They have always been welcoming when I drop by with a question and they have a wealth of knowledge and experience. The bike is easy to care for and reliable. It has the gears and power I want. The batter lasts a long time. And fun. Did I mention fun? read more

Fantastic family run business. I have been going there for years as a renter and always have a great experience. Wow! Have been there a couple of times to do our research. Linda and Hohn are amazing! They helped us so much and were so patient with us. We bought 2 bikes and can't wait to go. They even personally delivered our bikes and gave us a tutorial. Very very impressed! I would recommend anyone looking for an electric bike to visit them. You won't be disappointed. Amazing product and excellent customer service! read more

Bought a yelp deal, and went with my sister and our little dog. (They provided baskets). We went on what seemed to be the hottest day of the year, which wasn't the best idea but that's when she came to visit, so that's when we went. The staff was very friendly, and helpful, as I had just moved to the area and didn't (and still don't haha) know my way around. Even if you don't know where you're going, using these bikes are fun anyway. Since it was so hot, we didn't pedal AT ALL. We both agreed that it would have been nearly impossible without the electric assist because of the heat. I've used Pedego before, and I will continue to do so. It is so much fun to boogy around with barely little to no effort. I would definitely recommend renting or purchasing one of these bikes. read more

We were driving from San Clemente to Newbury Park for a ride with my brother and his wife. On the way we had an unfortunate mishap which damaged the tire and tube on my Ridge Rider. At that point we were thinking our plans were ruined, but we searched Google for a Pedego Dealer near our destination and found Pedego 101 Westlake. Linda answered the phone and responded "yes' they had the parts and could help us. When we arrived 30 minutes later, she came out and met us before we parked and directed us around to their service area in the back. She helped us unload the bike and her husband soon had everything repaired and in good working order. At that point our 3 hour drive through traffic and our little mishap didn't matter, because we were able to enjoy an even more amazing ride than we had planned on , thanks to some recommendations from Linda. read more

My wife and I rented electric bikes for the day. The owners are very friendly, and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were familiar with and comfortable with the bikes before our ride. The bikes themselves were very comfortable, and so much fun to ride. We are not bike riders at all, but easily managed a 15+ mile trip in a couple hours. The rental was cheap, but the bikes are pricey. Nonetheless, the quality shows. They are competitively priced for what they offer. My wife and I are definitely looking into getting a pair of these, and we plan to rent them again soon! They offer some guided tours that look like a lot of fun. read more

This husband-wife run business is outstanding! I asked them to service an ebike of a different brand than Pedego, that I commute on. It came back looking and riding like a new ebike. The communication throughout the process was top-notch, both in the shop and via email and a follow-up phone call. I have had traditional bike shops in the Agoura and Westlake area either refuse to service my ebike or perform an unremarkable job. John and Linda are passionate about ebikes and provide customer service that is off the charts amazing. They have a customer for life! read more

Came to PEDEGO 101 a few weeks ago to rent electric bikes with some friends. We had such a blast that we came back the following weekend to do it all again! Beautiful location 15 minutes from Malibu with plenty of routes to ride. Now I want to buy my own! read more

We had a total blast renting bikes for day from Pedego. If you are in the area this is a must do for a day of fun And adventure. If you just want to ride around Westlake Village the electric powered bikes are easy to use and can get you around without much pedaling. If you like cycling, Which I do, and you have good skills but don't like up hills The pedego bikes offer a great alternative to explore the Fantastic and mountainous country side. We like to pedal And although the electric bikes are quite a bit heavier than Your typical road racer they are easy to ride and pedal. So if you want to get some excercise pedal away, no problem. The great part is to use a combination of Legs and battery to get you up the hills at a reasonable Pace that is equivalent to what highly conditioned cyclists can do. We were doing the hills, electric assisted, at a fun 10 to 15 mph compared to what would be for me an exhausting uphill shelp at 4-9 mph. So on these bikes you can get out there and go far. We covered over 35 miles in about 2.5 hours and felt nicely worked out. The shop is really nice and they are totally cool about Instructing you and setting you up. We got a yelp deal so We could have road all day for $30 bucks. So if you like cycling and want to try something different.. Do this! read more
