Being from LA and not seeing a late night activity like this, we had to make a reservation and try this out. Right when we walked in, Beth was super outgoing and made the process of checking in so easy. She had the Pubcrawler ready to go in the back. She took us to 4 popular pubs/bars in the downtown Austin area which allowed us to spend about 15-20 minutes on average at each one, more than enough time to grab at least 1 drink. They also allow you to bring your own drinks on the pubcrawler as we are pedaling through the busy city of Austin, but you are not allowed to take it off the pubcrawler. The pubs/bars she dropped us off at all had a great selection of drinks. Lastly we were dropped off at the main downtown Austin bars which we had a blast to end the night. Our group highly recommend it as Beth gave us an amazing experience!
I was one of 11 people invited for a friend's Bachelorette Party. We were all first timers. We were not prepared for how much work it would be to get around but it was lots of fun. It was surprising how high up we sat so be prepared to climb up and peddle your butt off because you'll surely get in a work out. Oh and think if you'd like to wear a helmet the entire trip or not... I opted not to. We were 30 mins late so that cut into the scheduled time for our party. Before setting off, our host did say that the trip would end at 1030p and if it goes over that he can charge $150. Well we set off and stopped at a Bar, Whole Foods and 6th street where we ran into Oil Can Harry's for a bit (that drag show was the highlight!). He would tell us to come back at a certain time and we complied thinking he's keeping us on track. Well it was getting close to 1030p but we made an unrequested stop at a mural for pictures. We thought we must be near the headquarters because we did notice the time was winding down, however, we thought he was keeping us on track so we didn't think otherwise. After we left there we went down the street a bit then he pulled over by another bar where he told us it was time to get off. We were lost and confused and ended up having to walk 15mins back to our cars. I can't lie that was a bit frustrating and was a very unfortunate end to an overall fun evening. It would be good for the host to communicate to the party that the time is almost up and give the option of they'd like to stop at the mural because you might not make it back in time. If that was said we would have totally declined the stop. The way it all happened was unfortunate too because we felt kicked off in the street (which we were). My friend who threw the party ended the night feeling a bit embarrassed because everyone was upset with having to walk all the way back. Well other than that, it was a fun experience.
SUCH A UNIQUE AND FUN-FILLED ACTIVITY TO SAY THE LEAST! Our host was amazing.... I wish I could remember her name, but I think I had too much to drink. If you're in the city, with more than a couple friends, this is something I would highly recommend. The reason I say more than a couple... is because the more you have the easier it is to peddle! There's some hills that you come across, but other than that it's not too bad.. and if you feel like it is bad.... jus drink more. We were taken to various bars & locations, with easy instructions on when to get back, do's and dont's & even recommendations on the drinks we should get. Something I would definitely do again!
Highly recommend you book with PubCrawler. They make the austin bar experience so fun and take you to unique places around Austin, that you'd may never explore otherwise. Our driver Leo was beyond friendly and so outgoing and made the experience beyond fun! We loved every second of this bike and would definitely recommend you book them!!
So. Much. Fun. Tristan our tour guide was amazing. Made us instantly feel comfortable all being ourselves. We went for my sisters birthday and shared our bike with another birthday crew and two girlfriends. The biking itself is a good amount however we would have enjoyed a little more time on the bike. We stopped at 3 different bars along the way- all of which brought a different vibe and aesthetic for photos. There is an aux for someone to be in charge of music while on the bike too. BYOB and a cooler on the bike that is easy to reach for refills mid ride. Really only need a few beverages per person since you stop at bars along the way. 10/10 recommend. So fun and reasonably priced for the experience. On off are at different spots but you end in the middle of 6th street with tons of food and bar options
Josh was AMAZING! We had an absolute blast for our bachelorette! Great time! But would probably not do this in the heat as in the chilly weather it was tiring! Thank you Josh for making our weekend so fun!
Our group had an amazing time last night with PubCrawler! Robin was great- a fun driver and host. I would highly recommend this activity while in Austin, and I would even consider riding again on my next visit.
ROBERT, if I could high-five you through this post, I would! We had the greatest time pedaling our asses off on this moving circus! We were blasting music, sweating, crushing beers, and having the greatest time. It did not disappoint. When I read reviews prior to booking, I thought "how hard can it be?", I learned. It's certainly a workout, but it's fun! I had the opportunity to switch to a non-pedaling seat and I didn't want to give up my spot! I loved it! It's a team effort, and definitely helps to have a full bike of pedalers, but you rarely realize you're breaking a sweat with all the laughing going on, cars honking, music blaring, and Robert cracking jokes, and yelling "PEDAL B*TCHES!" We made a number of stops along the way, to the Tiniest Bar in Texas, and to the Mean Eyed Cat. Both of which are must-see places. This adventure is a great way to spend a couple hours, seeing the sites of Austin, meeting new people, cracking the f*ck up, all while getting a workout with a beer in your hand. Name a better combination!

This is a MUST do in Austin if you are looking for a unique memorable thing to do! I was visiting Austin w 5 girlfriends and we were looking for a fun thing do to celebrate my birthday. A friend mentioned this to me and I thought 'what the heck?" I am SO glad I did cuz this was a blast! Don't be fooled though... it is a definite workout as you really are pedaling the bike! There are 5 seats that don't pedal but it really is part of the fun to pedal. It's also awesome that you can bring your alcohol and they have coolers and places to put all you bring. It was also super fun that the driver blasts some really fun music and everyone sings along - even the cars driving by! The bars we went to were also really fun and kitschy. All of my friends & I said we would do this again in a HEARTBEAT! read more

We had a group of 16 people that wanted to do the bike tour but we were too many people for one bike, so they changed around their schedules so we could have 2 bikes riding side by side so we could all be together. Robert was the host on the main bike and he was AMAZING. He somehow managed to learn all of our names, which amazed me. He found us great spots for photos and took them for us. He was cheering us on and truly set the tone to have a great experience. I would suggest trying to get Robert for your guide if possible! Also we rode at 5pm which turned out to be the perfect time weather wise. It was starting to get cool towards the end of the ride which felt amazing while we were peddling! read more
So, I always thought that a bike bar was a little cheesy. For my bachelorette party, I found myself here with 10 of my favorite people. I don't know if I could have laughed more. It was a literal blast with booze flowing. So I will list a few notes of things that enhanced our experience. First, you can only bring cans, and don't forget to tote your own ice. They have ice chest so no need for that. We put wine in some handy corkcicles, bought a few 12 packs at local Whole Foods, plus rose in can. (Yes, rose comes in a can!) We stopped at 4 different bars along the route. You have about 20 minutes per stop- enough for a quick shot and dancing. The actual biking is a workout too, so make sure to have your best playlist to pump the group up. Added bonus if you have that crazy friend/spin instructor (in our case my mother) who coordinates the peddling. Finally, you have to be willing to have fun with it. Our tour guide was amazing, and we loved the "Peddle Bitches" mantra. Overall, it is a MUST DO in Austin especially for girls' trip! read more

Awesome time- so great if you have a bday or some other celebration and you want to do something extra fun!! BYOB- beer and wine only- no hard liquor or glass containers :) different routes to choose from, 2 hour trips, holds up to 15 people- 5 seats don't have to pedal! read more
Myself and 9 of my friends rented the PubCrawler during my bachelorette weekend and had an absolute blast! Our tour guide, Brittany, was very patient and sweet and didn't have any complaints about our rowdiness, excessive picture taking, and blaring music. It was such a fun way to see the city and bar hop to three restaurants. I would recommend renting one when you have a big group though. The last leg of the trip was uphill and slightly challenging but the girls beasted through it! I was on the back bench singing and dancing :) Definitely was one of the most fun parts of my bachelorette weekend! read more

10/10 good time. We are not the worlds heaviest drinkers - some people drank and some just peddled and some didn't even have to peddle at all! Best birthday memories! Not only was out pub driver cute to look at he was also very kind and excited to get us moving. We loved this and would do it again and again and again! Worth the money! read more

This thing is a cross between a keg party, the flying dutchman and a spin class. Having spent the night before in San Antonio, I debated whether it was worth the inevitable exhaustion to go straight from 4 hours of sleep to the pubcrawler but obligation won out and I changed in a Valero bathroom and powered through. We sat through Robert's instructions, impatient to get this party started. After all, it was Sunday and noon, we had to start drinking immediately. We battled against the power of inertia, straining our legs to move this 1300 lb vehicle. We pedal powered up and down fifth street, only stopping at a couple of bars (since ya can't drink east of lamar) but whooping and loving the whole scene. If you want to do this pubcrawler, here are a couple of tips: a. take folks that have some physical strength. There are only 5 seats where you don't pedal. b. make sure your group is fun -- willing to sweat and drink and work hard & c. do it late enough in the evening that it's not 125 degrees. Oh, and wear your calorie watch. You'll be happy to know you're burnin' all the beer off. read more
