There is nothing to say! Absolutely perfect! This is my 5th device that I purchased from pedal commander, and now for my 2500 2026 GMC Denali. Love it!!! read more

Pedal Commander - My new pedal commander to my new truck! - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Camarillo, California

Absolutely awful company. Sold me an item that does not even connect then refused to reimburse, refund, or exchange. Beware.

Sorry they do not stand behind their faulty product. After having my second pedal commander fail I desided to purchase another product from another vendor. Best decision I made was not to buy the third pedal commander. The new product I purchased works awesome and has had zero faults or has not thrown any codes and put my truck into limp mode as the pedal commander has done several times. Sorry I can't recommend this product especially since it cost $300.00 live and learn. The new pedal monster is so much better and zero faults. I do not like to slam products that I thought I was happy with until it's second failure. Hopefully they figure out the issue with their product and get it preforming like it should. Banks has my business now , I have purchased other Banks products for my 6.7 diesel and have not had any issues with any of the products. Sorry for the negative review but I really think Pedal Commander could have handled the issue better. read more

I've only had the pedal commander for 3 days.. on econ+4 the power is incredible and my truck went from 13 mpg average to almost 18 with it just plugged in for 3 days!! If you have any vehicle that's hard on fuel but lacking in performance.. this product is now my go to. I've already ordered one for the wives car and told my friends. TOTAL GAME CHANGER ON PERFORMANCE! read more

Very pleased with the customer service and support teams at Pedal Commander. I purchased a Pedal Commander for my vehicle and it was very responsive. However, after some time an issue occurred and I wanted to reach out to pedal commander to see if they had any advice. They requested I send the device to them for inspection, ( I had to pay for shipping both to them and for return to me) yet they inspected the device and fixed it quickly at no cost. Turned out to be a loose connection in the harness, and it was caught right away. Very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Pedal Commander. Betul and Courtney were great! Hats off! read more

First off, customer support was great..asked a question and got right back to me. Product, I went from a BMW 335 sports sedan to a Mercedes GLC...the GLC is a bit less fast , this product help make the pedal acceleration a huge amount! Buy this product! read more

I just received my PC31 for my 2022 Charger GT and cannot wait to install it! If you're like me and read 100 reviews before pulling the trigger on things like this, I was blown away by the # of positive reviews the PC had....and the customer service emails I've received have been excellent so far. Like hundreds of people before me have said, if you're looking to make driving fun again and can't afford $5/Gal for gas for a V8, do yourself a favor and buy a PC from Vitalen Auto Performance, Inc....you'll find yourself typing a review just like this one! (Even the freakin box is cool!) read more

I never write reviews normally but what I experienced with my Pedal Commander from the product itself to whoever their CEO is, was horrific. This all happened a few months ago but I feel it still has to be said. I had an issue in my Ram 1500 where it would go in to limp mode while the device was installed, customer service kept forwarding me up the chain to get a refund. I ended up somehow on the phone with someone stating they were the CEO. I have never in my life been talked to in such a vulgar, greedy and clearly uncaring way. So much so that I thought it was some sort of prank, simple piece of advice for anyone connected, if he is the CEO, then run as far away as fast as you can. read more

I have used the Pedal Commander for two years on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I can't believe I drove without this. By far the best Mod I have purchased. I also feel the need to mention, that just as the Commander is Incredible, so is their Support. I had to call them two years later, and these guys jumped on, and immediately resolved my issue. Great Product, Great Support!!! read more

I just researched what will be my third unit. I've bought and sold cars I left in it. I now picked up a Caddy CTS-V and while it's already a rocket, the default "mode" of driving is less than exciting. I'm looking forward to hooking up a new unit. Their website showed 2008-2013 Gen2 for my car but my car was a leftover 2014 which is still in the Gen2 category. They got back to me and said that unit works for my car. read more

Great service and even better product! I suggest to everyone whom asks and would never drive a car without a pedal commander ever again!!! read more

Pedal Commander - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Camarillo, California

I am very disappointed in the service I received from pedal Commander rep Courtney and the company as a whole. I have purchased 4 pedal commander units over the last 2 years after seeing them at SEMA. I have sold dozens of units for Pedal Commander from people seeing the units in action in my vehicles. There are stores in Hawaii selling Pedal Commander due to the face I had good results with the product. I can no longer recommend Pedal Commander or their products. I recently purchased a unit for a 2020 Challenger Hellcat Redeye. When I connected the unit to their app via Bluetooth the check engine light went on. I contacted customer service and Courtney told me I needed to update the unit. I followed the directions and would have the app crash each time I attempted to connect to the Pedal Commander hardware via Bluetooth. After being frustrated with emails and having my new $90,000 vehicle throw a check engine code I asked to speak to a human on the phone. This is when Courtney ignored my future emails. I tried to call Pedal Commander but their phone number does not work! I decided to return the unit because it obviously was defective and the customer service I did get was very poor. When I went on the Pedal commander website to set up a return it noted they would charge me a $9 restocking fee plus additional shipping. I got a defective product out of the box and these people want to charge me a fee to return the item? Not acceptable. I sold a lot of these units to friends and am the reason stores here carry them and I get total garbage service from them! Very disappointed in Pedal Commanders lack of service for their customers and their devices. read more

Horrible product. I had the pedal commander on my Ram 2500 laramie 6.7 Cummins. I had recently experienced a "Service Electronic throttle control" light on my dash while accelerating on the highway when my throttle cut out and my pedal was dead which almost resulted me getting into a collision. I reset the pedal commander and put back on and upon removal I am stuck with a check engine light. Now I thought it was a fault in the pedal commander and decided to call because I still liked the product. Upon calling I was told there is nothing they can do because "warranty has expired" and i would have to pay for servicing or buy a new pedal commander all together. When your product is at fault and it's not the users fault, and it almost caused a collision. And not to mention I'm stuck with a check engine light, and they refuse to even look at it without paying. That is insane to me. The person on the phone was also incredibly rude. Never again will I support this company. read more

I purchased the PC65 pedal commander from their website on 4/20/2020. I installed the device step by step per the instructions given. Once I was finished installing the device I turned on my truck and the check engine light came on. The vehicle was in engine power reduce mode and would not come out of this mode. I tried to uninstall the device and reinstall the factory wires and the check engine light would not go away and the vehicle was still in power reduce mode. I spent several hours troubleshooting the issues which included calling your customer service number multiple times with no answer. I went on your website and chatted with a customer service rep who emailed me reinstall instructions which I followed and the problem was not resolved. I was then forced to take my truck to the dealership to have them fix the damage. The technician found that the pedal commander did in fact short out the accelerator pedal assembly on my truck. It cost me $477 to get replaced. After sending Pedal Commander an email I get a phone call from one of their representatives who basically tells me that there is no way that their product could've done this to my truck and that the dealership must have lied to me and just have taken the truck to the back and cleared the codes and sold me a pedal assembly that I didn't need. He then goes on and tells me to install the old pedal assembly and try reinstalling the pedal commander. Which I did not do so I wouldn't damage my truck anymore. Besides they wouldn't pay for the first repair so why would they pay for the second. Due to their horrible customer service, faulty product that damaged my truck and cost me $477 to repair I would highly NOT recommend them. They will also not take my return or refund me the money that I paid because of covid-19. But they are more than happy to send out products and take the consumers money. read more

I bought a Pedal Commander for my 2018 Camry after moving to an area with high traffic since this car's acceleration is sluggish, particularly off the line ,which is bad in such areas. The device definitely fixed the problem!!!! But, beware, after your purchase, they will definitely bombard you with junk mail and texts. read more

5 stars all the way! This my 3rd pedal commander setup on my third vehicle. This is definitely one of the first modifications I end up doing to all my vehicles. Love the instant response from the pedal. Customer service was an A+ as well. No complaints at all. Highly recommend these units to anyone looking for that instant throttle response. They come with everything you need to install it too. (Zip ties, stick on velcro, and the owners manual) I went with a hidden install on my car so I didn't use any of it but it's great to have for those that want to mount it within view. I preferred the hidden install, I just use my iPhone to control the unit if needed. read more

PC77 worked wonderfully on my 2019 Chevy Silverado 2.7T and was amazed with the throttle response it allowed me to have at my disposal unfortunately had to sell the truck and eventually started email correspondence with Berk Kaldar at Pedal Commander and he advised me that I could do an exchange for PC15 unit to work on my 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL. Berk has been nothing but professional/knowledgeably and on-time email responses which makes him a great asset to this company for his excellent customer service skills. Pedal Commander makes a terrific product that fills a need not met by any automobile manufacturer. It allows you to customized your pedal response to any particular circumstance. All from a handy control module or on your phone via Bluetooth. Better than the product is the company itself. They provide top notch technical support and they have a responsive warranty system. They are proud of their product and stand behind it. Their communication is responsive, timely and they really care that you receive the best they have to offer. Highly recommended. read more

Are you looking to have your hair whip around in the wind? Or, maybe just a good old fashion scare-yourself-silly-because-you're-going-REALLY-fast? Look no further...the Pedal Commander is for you and Vitalen Auto Performance, Inc. is the place to go! When my husband jokingly mentioned that our 2018 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 now has a new feature I would totally enjoy, I thought something small, like a cell phone mount. Nope! He installed the Pedal Commander and when I got behind the wheel, I nearly shot across the street backwards when backing up. The responsiveness of this gadget is AMAZING!!! Gone are the days when you "ease" into gear. Now, I barely tap the gas pedal with ONE toe and the truck is jumping! This feature comes in handy when you're looking for an immediate acceleration response in switching lanes, avoiding traffic, etc. There are different modes: Eco, City, Sport and Sport+, along with Levels 1-4 for each setting. I can confidently say I can comfortably have City, Level 2 activated without feeling like I'm about to incur an expensive speeding ticket. read more

Great customer service and amazing product! Highly recommend picking up the Pedal Commander. I had some issues hooking it up and they walked me through it over the phone. They took care of my issue. I'm up and running and loving it! Going from a 400hp Evo X, to a heavy V8 Tundra, I know what performance should feel like. I feel like I saved 10k not getting my truck supercharged for the same performance feel I wanted. read more

BUY the Pedal Commander!! Hands down my favorite mod so far. I've always had modified vehicles and have had almost every car I've owned tuned and the Pedal Commander is a must even if you already have a tune! My boring dad car (Durango R/T) is a completely different beast to drive now! Best part is you can turn it up or down depending on how you feel like driving. Around town I keep it up cause I like the power as soon as you touch the gas, but just went on a family vacation and used a lower setting and I got the best gas mileage I've seen since owning the Durango. I will have a Pedal Commander on every single car I own from now on. Not to mention the customer service and support is top notch! Jax from Pedal Commander is great and always quickly responds to emails. Thanks for such an awesome product guys!!! read more

Found out about this product so I gave it a try...all I can say is wow...it made my 2014 Ford Focus ST have a more direct feel on acceleration the car now jumps off the line and at apex...i track my car about once a month...and so far I'm blown away on how I can get better acceleration out of a corner sooner which seems to drop my lap times...being turbo charged...when I goto a bigger turbo set up this could very well help with any lag because it will spool sooner at apex...defently will show my fellow drivers and track heads...great product!!! read more
