Posting from my brother who used their service…read more Recommendations welcomed! I'm in need of a quote for repair of my septic lines running to the tank. Also repairs to fix the downstairs bathroom and laundry room that was destroyed. (Insurance company will not cover) Here's the story We purchased this house in May '16. The septic system had to be updated and installed prior to closing. Rosenberry's was contracted to do the work. After completing the work they were called back for several issues such as old tanks opening up and needed refilled. Slow draining showed that they missed about 6 feet of old drain pipe that was to be fixed. They denied the mistake. Now sewage recently has been getting backed up along the foundation and coming into the finished basement. Destroying the finished laundry room and bathroom. This past Friday I had tanks pumped out and a camera ran from the tanks to the house. It was discovered that the new line is not connected to the old pipe that was also to be replaced. Insurance won't cover due to a condition that has been "ongoing" I had contacted a lawyer and he is willing to help but stated that if the cost to repair is about the same price as legal fees it's best to just pay repairs. However! I feel that Rosenberry's should be responsible for fixing this problem and now damages to the basement. Don't you agree? Rosenberry's now claims that they never installed my system.
