Not to mention the computer animated design work that they did to visually show us the possibilities of what our project could be. They offered pressure free estimating with tiered levels of projects - so we could build onto them - that would keep a consistent design and not have to put tens of thousands of dollars in all at once. They have done a couple projects of our neighbors over the last couple years and the quality and longevity of their work is solid!

We paid lots of money and we are just suppose not say anything because we don't like how he does he work. He has LOTS of excuses why he can't finish our back yard. We REGRET hiring him! All we wanted was a nice back yard for the summer for our kids to enjoy! It's freaken fall now and it's not complete! Now we have to figure out how to finish it ourselves before winter! Thanks Ryan for ruining our summer and ripping us off! We gave you the benefit of the doubt, but YOU made it clear don't want to bother with us by not retuning our calls or emails. You put us on the back burner from the beginning never did you make us feel we were customers you wanted to satisfied but more of a bother if we asked why you never worked on our yard for weeks. I hope you learn from your reviews. We are paying YOU to do a job for US!! Not the other way around!!! What a shame our money down the drain!! Here is what we paid thousands for!

I received a notification from my security camera that someone was on my property. When I looked outside, I saw the owner walking directly through my flowerbed. I went outside and told him not to walk through my flowerbed, and his response was, "I didn't know it was your property." How do you not know where the property lines are when you're there to cut the grass? The boundary is pretty obvious, especially when the grass on the other side is over 10 inches tall. And even if there was confusion about the property line, why would you walk through someone's flowerbed in the first place? To make matters worse, he told me he was going to leave the grass clippings on my side of the property. And, sure enough, he did. In my opinion, this was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand making an honest mistake, but once you're told you're on someone else's property, the appropriate response should be to apologize and correct it--not intentionally leave the clippings there. They didn't clean up the grass in my neighbors yard either. Just cut it & left it there, kinda wild. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

We began with a fallen tree smashing our mailbox, and needed someone to put in a new box. Found a mention of Hector on the Nextdoor site and called him. Best decision we've made for a long time. Hector and his crew are serious workers, and extremely conscientious. Not only did the new mailbox get installed, but we got all the debris from the fallen tree removed, several weed trees in that area by the road cut down and taken away, bushes trimmed to a beautiful shape, and the area's grass trimmed. An eyesore with overgrowth and debris was transformed and the area cleaned up completely. And that is just the start of things they can do--from hauling, clean outs and removals, to yard work and tree work and landscaping. If you need something done around your house or yard you'd be foolish to look anywhere else. And all for a reasonable price and great value. More than Five Stars if that were possible! read more

Had a Hot tub to be removed and got several quotes. Hector was by far the cheapest. He is friendly, showed up onetime as promised and quickly removed Hot tub for the quoted price. Responded quickly to all questions. Will definitely call Hector the next time I have a project. read more

Then when I called them out on it and canceled my request, they were absolutely fine with losing my business. Then claimed they suddenly were too busy to confirm my request/business. However, all they needed to do was tell me that, instead of dropping me when I was organizing my move. I'm sure they are great IF you can get them scheduled, but my trust in their ability to communicate is gone so am looking elsewhere. I will leave an example of their "excuse" just so you know who you are dealing with when setting up your move.

A quick appointment, they were efficient and we're really happy with the work and vibe of the movers. True attention to detail, great stuff. We will absolutely keep their card and use them again. Although not required, I would tip them well! The guys deserve it. If you're moving anything heavy and cumbersome (like radiators for us) or an entire house in Baltimore or Maryland, you need to give them a call.
