Gentle but confident kindness - not sterile, not transactional. My baby had a tooth pulled/teeth cleaned, neutered and a scrotum ablation. He was not pleased after. But the staff gave me a play by play on how his recovery would go and let me tell you - they were ON POINT. I couldn't believe how fast my baby was on his feet and neither could he, absent two hanging members, no longer there I know it's said that nothing is as good or bad as it seems but All Heart is the exception. Notice I haven't mentioned pricing. They are extremely reasonable in their pricing; however ultimately the human and fur baby connection is what sold me. I thought it would be next to impossible to get my pet in that late on a Friday afternoon that late. She felt if I left home and arrived at their office real soon that my pet could be seen. When I met her she was just as sweet and kind as she was on the phone. This clinic really cares about their pets and it shows in everything that they do. They genuinely care about your animals and will work within your budget by giving you affordable options that will maximize the health of your animals. We were never told to make these appointments at least a month in advance if we want to get in. This shot takes maybe 5-10 minutes tops with a tech. and no doctor. I was promptly told that there were absolutely no openings because they were booked solid and shorthanded. Then I got told the first opening was June 5th. OK, I guess I will tell my dog not to have an allergy attack until then.
