I choose to get her nail trims and anal glands done here as she is very skittish around people and it's hard to find a groomer, plus I love her and I'm willing to pay for piece of mind. In the grand scheme I think $215 is pretty fair for all things included. I highly recommend. It's extremely clean and smells like a normal office.

This animal hospital let us bring her in immediately (30 mins away and we were making these calls from the car ready to go). Everyone there was so kind and informative on what they were going to do. We left for a few hours while they put her under anesthesia and gave her some stitches and a drainage tube. This dog is my favorite thing about life and I take her care more seriously than my own and I felt very safe leaving her with them to fix her up. Overall I had a great experience and I'm now planning on making this her regular vet since I just moved to Texas. Amazing service, amazing care, and amazing veterinarians. Thank you all so much.

Now, Rockwall County Veterinary Clinic requires you to purchase from their pharmacy or obtain a paper prescription for any medication. If I ordered from their online pharmacy the cost is $37.04 plus shipping. However, with the 4th of July coming and all the fireworks, I wanted to obtain the medication immediately. I went to the clinic and purchased it for $56.95! What a scam! I did email the pharmacy at the address in the email on Saturday regarding picking the medication up at the clinic. NEVER received a response. Good thing it wasn't an emergency. I did request a paper prescription and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to get it. The Vet I use was not in today and I was told only the Vet that sees your pet is able to issue a paper prescription. I was never overwhelmed by the office anyway, so this is just another reason to change veterinary clinics.
