They genuinely care about your animals and will work within your budget by giving you affordable options that will maximize the health of your animals. PS- Apparently it's a bad thing to feed your dogs fried eggs for breakfast everyday. I knew that, but I didn't realize how bad. Trust them. They will take excellent care of you and your fur babies!

I called several places to see who could see her immediately and kept getting put on hold and turned down by everyone. This animal hospital let us bring her in immediately (30 mins away and we were making these calls from the car ready to go). Everyone there was so kind and informative on what they were going to do. We left for a few hours while they put her under anesthesia and gave her some stitches and a drainage tube. This dog is my favorite thing about life and I take her care more seriously than my own and I felt very safe leaving her with them to fix her up. Overall I had a great experience and I'm now planning on making this her regular vet since I just moved to Texas. Amazing service, amazing care, and amazing veterinarians. Thank you all so much.

Terrible...completely incompetent. We gave them multiple…read morechances since all the reviews are great... 1) Entered dogs name incorrectly - they spelled it as BISQUIT. We informed them it was spelled wrong and they 'corrected' it as BISKIT... 2) We brought a sample in containing a worm and asked them to look at it. They called back and informed us that the sample tested negative. We were confused and asked for clarification on what exactly was tested? They said they didn't find anything. We reiterated that we brought in a sample containing a worm so how would there not be anything found when a worm was in the sample? They said they would go check again, and called back and said 'yepp there's a worm and 3 parasites'... 3) Called and they were confused because there were two dogs with the same first name and last name but spelled differently. We informed them that yes, that was your staff that incorrectly spelled her name TWICE so they ended up making two separate accounts which lead to confusion on their end anytime we called... 3) Fast forward about 6 months later, we received email reminders for her checkup. We called to make an appt and was told there was no record for a Biscuit in their system.... so how are we receiving emails? We have been there 4 times how are there no records? Receptionist got extremely rude and kept asking 'are you sure this is the right vet?' after we informed her for the 3rd time this was the correct vet, we have been there multiple times, and you are the one sending us emails. We told her either name it could be under and she continued to tell us there was no record but that someone with our dog's name did have the same last name, but a different first name... the spouses name was also the same name we had given them...the same phone numbers and the same emails....but you couldn't 'find it' and had 'no record?'.... 4) Told them we are done with this vet and their incompetence, and asked them to send over her records which we still have yet to receive.

I called today to get my bunny in because she was in GI . I was kept on hold for the longest of time, then when I was answered I was told that they didn't do rabbit procedures but they do see them. I was then referred to someone that doesn't even see bunnies. I also asked if I can go ahead and schedule to have her nails clipped and was told to get whoever see her to do it! I'm not striking against the doctor because she wasn't involved in this incident and could be unaware, but I do say that the front desk help is there as a compliment to the doctor so she might need to reevaluate her staff

They could have at lease told me to bring her in and stop the seizure then send her out, but instead she pretty much said to drive an hour and let your dog seize the whole time. Not only did they allow me to come in right before closing, but they took amazing care of my dog, Banana, who has a terrible vet fear! Risinger Veterinary Hospital was gentle with Banana and very educational on what costs would be upfront before agreeing to service, so that I would not be jump scared with the bill! Every question I had was answered, our check in and appointment was both fast and thorough, and I am now proud to say they are our new vet home!
