We were devastated and wanted to find a reliable company that would privately cremate our baby. The company our vet recommended had some concerning reviews, so we decided to find our own. We stumbled upon Pet Passages and loved the private cremation option with the additional paw and snout print. Rene was a big help and was very compassionate throughout the process. They promptly picked up our sweet boy from the vet the same day, and within 3 days he was ready to come home. I do appreciate the tracking information that shows you every step of what has been done so far. Once we had ready, they managed to drop him back off to our vet the same day even though their schedule was very busy. This saved us a long trip to pick him up from the facility. The engraved box is beautiful, and there is a velvet bag inside with a sweet inscription. They also provide you with a tracking QR card so that you can verify you only received your pet's remains (if you choose a private cremation). The paw print and snout card are so sweet, and they also included a memorial heart that can be put in dirt to grow. Pet Passages made a terrible situation so much easier on us. It was very comforting to get back our boy's ashes, and it helps us feel like he's still at home with us. She takes fantastic care of all of her puppies to ensure they are healthy and happy. They are fed well and she made sure we as new owners had everything we needed to take care of our puppy. They are both caring and provide wonderful care and attention to your pet while you're away. The accommodations they provide are a bed area in an air conditioned building with a dog door that leads outside to an area where they can socialize with other dogs. They recognized that Mattie, even though a larger dog, was a little shier around larger breeds so they allowed her to play with the smaller breeds. I know whenever I need to be away my dog has a place where she'll be cared for like she was their own!
