I have tried repeatedly tried to reach customer service with a couple questions before ordering furniture. First, the customer Ser ice number is NEVER answered. They did return my voice message and told me they would get back to me with an answer.......still waiting for their answer even after leaving two more follow up messages ( again be wise no one actually answers the number listed). Their response to emails is as pathetic.......I tried that avenue as well with the same result. Probably a good thing given the reviews I just discovered here. Will be buying elsewhere......if they won't respond to people interested in buying from them........imagine the poor souls that did buy and now have a quality problem with their purchase. NO THANKs. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! We ordered a patio 7 piece set from Pebble Lane Living. The first box we opened contained the table. Upon opening the box we saw that the table was badly dented and bent. We did not remove the table from the box nor open any other boxes. Instead we immediately contacted Pebble Lane Living requesting a replacement. Their reply was for us to return the set to them, at our cost. Upon receipt, of the set, they would issue us a refund minus a restocking fee. Apparently they restock damaged merchandise. I ordered a fire pit table from PLL and the entire experience was flawless. I received multiple emails regarding where in the process my order was ie: (purchase, order received, order filled etc) The shipping company utilized for the delivery to my home in NC was excellent at communicating with me regarding the delivery time/date. The item arrived in perfect condition and just as described......I would definitely purchase from PLL again! read more

Just as other reviews show, Pebble Lane is not properly resolving issues with defective products. I ordered an outside console table that was busted when I opened it. They did replace it after I called several times, but the second table arrived in even worst shape. It was made from concrete and tiles and it looked like it had been dropped from a multi-story building. My attempts to get a refund were made via a number of emails to customer service but nothing was ever done. I suggest that you stay away from this vendor. read more

#BUYERBEWARE #PebbleLanesellsgarbage! this company sells garbage and they know it! They treat their customers like crap. They take your money and basically leave you in the dark when you get nothing but defective cheap made in China garbage! I bought a patio pub table, with six chairs at the end of May, 2020 Six out of eight chairs, yes, you heard me right, 8 chairs, they had to send me replacements within the first 4 days, their all broken within a month. Total freaking garbage! I made the mistake of buying it through Amazon they are the third-party and shame on Amazon for not representing me as a valued prime member that spends thousands of $$$ with you! Don't ever let yourself get duped like I did with pebble Lane. Their customer service is awful, they're rude, they don't respond etc... They take your money and run after they send you total crap... a side note, they actually sent out 2 more chairs, 4 new chairs in total but I never received the 2nd shipment of 2 replacement chairs! 1st set of two replacement chairs, the box was totally damaged due to Fed Ex Shipping! When they finally decided to respond to my email, hence, Amazon sees all this dialogue also and Amazon will not help me with a refund because i bought it through a 3rd party, that Amazon represents, never again... they told me they had shipped them! When I looked up the shipping information they shipped my 2nd set of replacement chairs to Omaha Nebraska "supposedly" But I live in AZ. Funny, they could get my original order here along with my first shipment of replacement chairs the damaged garbage that I did receive that fell apart after we set it up and sat on it the first day, by the way, it's a pain in the A$$ to set this cheap crap up! It comes with crappy tools to put this set together, it's ridiculous and the screws are all stripped (you'll need your own tools) but they couldn't get my second set of replacement chairs to the right location. I find that interesting... Still haven't received the second set of replacement chairs!! In fact, they stopped communicating with me completely! Got very upset today reached out to Amazon for the 4th time who has done nothing for me and reached out to pebble Lane the garbage company again, who finally responded to me with an email that not only was it my responsibility to ship everything back, I have to ship back a high pub table 6 chairs after the boxes were disposed of pay for the freight, not UPS but UPS Freight, to big for regular ground, pay all the shipping charges and restocking fees, restocking fees, are you kidding me? Pebble Lane, you should be paying me for all the agony you have put me through since May when I bought this crap, after you sold me this piece of S¥%# set. Here we are in the middle of a pandemic, no where to go but your lovely backyard to swim and eat at your New PUB TABLE & CHAIRS but wait, I don't have any chairs to sit on, here's a big F you straight from Pebble Lane! Again buyer beware don't buy anything from pebble Lane this company sucks!!!!!!! PS, the garbage man thinks it's hilarious that he was picking up a damaged chair once a week also! I received a outdoor dining set by mistake. I stopped the delivery through Amazon who immediately contacted Pebble Lane to stop the delivery. We also contacted the shipping company who refused the delivery and they were told to ship it anyway to my house without signature. Outdoor furniture was left on my doorstep without a signature and without my wanting it. They now say I have to pay to ship it back. I always thought that returns within 30 days would be covered by the merchant. So, I have money on my card for outdoor furniture I did not want and now I have to pay to ship it back. Plus a restock fee. This is bogus and definitely not good customer service. read more

I recently ordered a nesting table set from Pebble Lane Living via Walmart.com. One of the table tops arrived damaged. I have requested a replacement top via Walmart. They told me I would hear from Pebble Lane Living within 1 day which was August 5th. I tried to contact Pebble Lane Living via phone, which was unsuccessful. The number listed on the website does not work. The number on the shipping package does not work. I have also reached out to them through their website and still have not heard anything. read more
