Things are laid out very well here, so it's really fun to look around at the different items and styles! Things are easily organized by type of products you are looking for, and there's plenty of room to walk around looking, and see all angles of the items for sale. This store, just like Nebraska furniture Mart has FAR too many employees. You can tell they are all commission based. Every time I walk around, between five and 10 employees ask me if I'm finding everything all right. This isn't the worst thing that can happen while you're shopping, but in my opinion, it does get a little annoying, and concerning to see how many employees are without customers to help. Overall, I love coming here for inspiration! I am very picky on the items I buy, so have yet to find something I actually purchased in the store, but hope to someday as the price point is reasonable.

Once we got to the warehouse to pick up our bed and frame - they were helping us load the mattresses, they were in a cover indicating the mattresses were previously USED --- USED??? I paid over $2300 for used mattresses? They assured me they were "sterilized", but really? Had I been told that at the time of purchase, I would NOT have made the investment for this. I mentioned this to the warehouse person and he said "for that price what did you think you were going to get?" and proceeded to laugh. Not OK. Then we get these home and get everything set up, so excited for a great night's sleep....only to discover the mattresses were NOT the same firmness of the one we tried in the showroom. Our new mattresses are hard as a rock! Two nights into our new ownership and both my husband and I are hurting units. We are deeply regretting this purchase. And the 120 day trial---apparently doesn't apply when you purchase from the Outlet center. So they will do nothing to make this sale right. But of course, asked me to leave an honest review on their website, which I did - but then received an email from their "moderator" indicating the review did not meet their guidelines for publication. So in other words, if what you have to say is in any way derogatory, they will not post it. I will NOT do business with this company again, and highly recommend anyone to avoid this costly mistake.

We have enjoyed the rug (though I do have to admit the silver paint on it has worn off after a few years of weekly vacuuming). Recently we came in to get another rug (for another part of the floor - literally everyone who comes over still loves our original rug). The prices on the rugs are great, you can get big ones for a couple hundred dollars. The staff here are helpful and will come check on you from time to time but don't hover over you. We did not end up getting a rug on this visit. I saw some that I liked a lot, but apparently my family thought they were "tacky" or something. Sigh. I will go back sometime to make another effort to get them to understand the beauty here.

Well, after 50 weeks we realized that our original mattress was not sufficient. We were a bit suprised to find that the place where we had purchased it had been bought out. Our salesman, Jeremy still worked there and remembered us. He explaned about the buy out and that they would still honor the previous company's warranty.
