We arrived at 9:45am and I went into the washroom. What a mistake this was. It looked like the just to what they have to do to get by. Paint over graffiti, duct tape up what they can etc. I'm sure you could invest in your own company, go down a couple isles and get what you need to fix this problem!! I don't need to put on my makeup face to get a pack of socks, catfood or chips. When a wealthy looking lady shops, she is treated just as kindly too. The staff are honest, good people. The manager has been there for years and sure has showed his decent attitude over the years. I was been discreetly helped when I was ashamed that my 2 year old son pooped behind a rack there. Now he is going to college and that store is like home. We hope the Gentrification of Downtown Kitchener doesn't change this gem.

In my past reviews, I did caution eating food because I found I had some dander allergies in the store in a Mississauga location. It had a peel on it so I thought it was quite safe to try. The boxes were filled up and oranges were cold to touch. So I grabbed the 3 box limit, not bad... The parking lot is big with ample of space and the wheel chair accessible spots are right at the entrance where the ramp is. It is truly a very accessible location.
