She asked that I come in and discuss it with her. I brought the rings in on Monday and she looked them over and said that they would resize both rings and there would be NO CHARGE. I picked up the rings and they fit perfectly and I was quite pleased. I took my travel watch in on Monday and they put a new battery in for $15.00. What I got back was a ring that did not whatsoever resemble the ring that I had taken in! The colour of the gold is different, the style of the ring is different, and the groove in the ring where my great grandmother's wedding band sat is now no longer there! I was forced to pay $197.75 to get the ring back....and now it is at a goldsmith's in Burlington being restored to it's original design! The jeweller at Harmony House said it is 'perfect'. He is presently ignoring the problem and igorned my request to be reimbursed. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB.
