Initial email communications were pleasant and informative. When we met Tony at the property, we knew this was it. There are tons of good looking properties around, but very few people like Tony & Jacki. Their passion for their work & attention to detail is unparalleled. The screening process is thorough, but when you consider that a homeowner entrusted their property to Jacki & Tony, you should appreciate the fact that it is. The communication is consistent, but not overburdensome. Their use of technology is right at the front of the pack. The tenant portal hosts all leasing documents, copies of insurance information, accepts payments, and even allows for online service requests. In short, these folks have got it all figured out. They are solid business people, but even more importantly, are good & decent people. You will not go wrong by doing business with JT Management!

She was with us every step of the way - always a positive and professional influence. Kim was always realistic with us, advising on the average length of time homes are on the market, helping us to list at an appropriate price point for the area, and keeping our expectations in check. Although this is a stressful time for a seller, she really helped us to manage both our excitement and our expectations.     We started using Pearson for property management in 2019. The experience started well, but declined…read moresharply in the last year. Twice our property listing was taken down before a lease was signed resulting in at least a month of lost rent. We had maintenance done that was done poorly. Two rooms in the house were painted (poorly: outlets had paint on them). We were not compensated, nor were the original colors restored. The company couldn't determine which tenants painted so inspections were not great. We, the owners, were charged for the last move out inspection. The house was not winterized (outside water not shut off), and it does not look like the hvac filter had ever been changed. The most unsettling part was that a 2 foot section of the roof cap was on the porch when we moved back in. The neighbors said the tenants before the last tenants reported the damage. Pearson said it was not reported. Even if it wasn't reported the house should have gone through two inspections with a piece of the roof on the front porch. Insurance probably would have covered the damage if it was reported. We have been waiting over two months for our account to be closed out and remaining funds to be returned. I don't know if change in personnel or lack of interest in residential proper management lead to our declining experience, but by the end we felt the company didn't care about our property or our experience.

During…read moreour initial communications with Jin, she was incredibly pleasant, professional and provided a variety of internet and mobile platforms so that we could share our home search requirements and timelines. Jin learned of our quick turn around house hunting trip from a foreign country and graciously without hesitation adjusted her schedule on short notice to meet and conduct an in-depth and relaxed interview of our wish list. Jin dedicated a number of days to meet with us on any potential homes to be viewed and did so in a punctual manner with a positive attitude. We ultimately selected a prebuilt home that checked a number of our personal wishlist boxes and Jin acted as our complete buyer advocate and was incredibly responsive in any questions and issues that needed to be addressed and resolved with both the builder and Mortgage Company. Jin was incredible from the initial introductory meeting and ultimately all the way to closing. We highly and without hesitation recommend Jin to anyone is search of a true Real Estate Professional who is in search of a great home!

While the home-buying process itself was smooth, our move-out experience was the complete opposite. As a family with young children, we were repeatedly questioned and made to feel uncomfortable over normal wear and tear......things like minor drywall nicks that are expected in any home with kids. These were already being addressed on our end with a contractor, as we had communicated. Despite agreeing to cover repairs and forfeit a $3,000 deposit, we were met with unnecessary comments and a level of aggression that felt unprofessional and unwarranted. It was especially disappointing given that we chose to work with her over many other options, expecting a level of trust and respect in return. We believe in accountability and were fully willing to take care of any legitimate damages....but respect and professionalism should go both ways. Based on this experience, we would not recommend doing business with Jin.
