What a mistake!!…read moreBefore you ask, yes, my home is nice (with a two car garage) and is in a very desirable area of Arlington. We were promised big things by the Caza agent, and he had been recommended to me by a trusted friend. I contracted with them to renovate some areas of the house and they had a list of things to fix after I moved 3 hours away. Since I was so far away, I trusted the agent to do what we had contracted them to do. Another mistake on my part. I learned the hard way that after the work was "done" (some of it never was), a lot of it it was done incorrectly (wrong paint color, replaced carpet there was no authorization to do so, missing outlet covers, hanging wires, holes in the walls, kitchen cabinets shelves put in backwards, and the list goes on and on). I was horrified and embarrassed that my home was shown in that condition. They also failed to hold an open house on the same weekend I lowered the price. When we actually did get a good offer and subsequent contract, we lost the contract because our agent blew it with his poor communication and rudeness to the buyer (told to me by the actual buyer). This didn't surprise me too much as getting information from him was like pulling teeth, and his only bit of advice was to lower the price. I finally became fed up and fired him, which was the best thing I did because I found a wonderful realtor who sold my home a few weeks later, for $100,000 more than the Caza agent predicted my home could sell for.

I felt like they gave me the run-around, and sent tons of spam to both my email and my phone. Kept telling me to go to the website to check for listing, and the website was garbage. This didn't matter because every property they sent was lousy or in a crappy neighborhood. I decided to go to another Keller Williams realtor, and found a place in two week. Avoid these people all cost!

He has a good record of not having transactions fall through, which is very reassuring. It also doesn't hurt that the interest rates are so good right now!

Paul was relentless and providing us constant real-time feedback and presenting new information, and providing advice and recommendations along the way. It was also clear that Paul had a lot of experience and up to date with modern real estate processes & tools. My wife was a former realtor a few years back, and both of us learned quite a bit from Paul. This experience proved very crucial since there were quite a bit of complexities and we were dealing with a higher-end transaction. I echo the other feedback from Anya P. regarding Paul's calm demeanor - this is very important since as sellers (or buyers), we get very emotional about everything and Paul brings that objective & calm perspectives. Paul was a "bulldog" with regards to following up with the loan officer to ensure that the buyer's loan was progressing & on-track as well as the other contingencies. We're very happy with Paul's performance, attitude and at the end of the day - he delivered. He got us 3 offers and we closed on the best fit for both parties. Thank you for everything you did for us, Paul - great service!
