This review is for Stefanie Pollack:…read more Stefanie Pollack is AMAZING! My friend referred her to me and I am so grateful. I am a first time homeowner and she made the process from start to finish exciting, positive and seamless. When I first reached out to her, she responded right away. My husband and I met with her, and my first impression was that she was friendly, relatable, tough, respectful, smart and experienced. She sat us down and asked us all our wants and needs. She gave us a general overview of the homebuying process and then went into detail of the important matters. She told us that she will do everything for us to get us what we want. And she did not disappoint. My husband and I were back and forth about buying because it was a buyer's market. But Stefanie calmed our fears and told us she could find us something in our price range. Stefanie continued to cheers us on when we were hitting walls with our lenders. We eventually found a great broker and were able to secure the loan we wanted. After I got pregnant, my husband and I were ready to buy! Stefanie was overjoyed with the news and not only helped us with looking at homes quickly, but understood everything I was feeling because she is a mother herself. Stefanie was on the ball, and every house I wanted to see, we got to see right away. Also, she came with us, did walk throughs with us, and gave us her professional assessment and honest opinion of cost and the home itself. After looking at several houses, we found our perfect home! From that point forward, Stefanie was on top of it. She contacted sellers immediately, put our offer down, and they accepted our offer with two other offers on the table! She continued to walk us through every step of the home buying process. She wasn't just patient, she was happy to do it! Which made it really easy to ask her questions. My husband and I both work long hours, so her colleague was able to go to two of the inspections for us, which was a life savor because we couldn't afford to take off work. She fought for us on all our wants and needs with the buyers and we were able to settle on a happy medium that was fair. Buying a home is scary and nerve wrecking, but Stefanie made it easy. I can't thank her enough for making this experience a great one. Not only did a find a amazing realtor, a wonderful home, but I also made a great friend. I would recommend her a thousand times over and will definitely use her again and again!

They continually go above and beyond the call of duty to provide superlative service, and in a business where time is money, I don't know how they do it. They are constantly touring markets to stay ahead of trends, researching loan programs for their buyers, employing creative marketing strategies for their sellers, and using the latest technologies to give their clients the upper-hand. They both draw upon years of experience working across neighborhoods within the greater Los Angeles area, and while they're fierce advocates for their clients, their transactions are enjoyable because they maintain their easy-going attitudes. Another advantage with using this team is that they're hands-on, so when you work with Gary and Traci, you're actually getting Gary and Traci instead of an assistant who's less experienced. I have the highest regard for their professionalism and they are the only realtors in LA to whom I entrust referring my friends, family, and former clients.

We found a…read moreproperty on Westside Rentals that was listed by the two of them as the owners, yet they told us they were acting on behalf of the owner. They led us on a wild goose chase for our dream home, which they never had intentions of renting to us, yet led us to believe it was ours. We were the first to apply to the property, we contacted them numerous times to see if we could get in to the property before the scheduled showing, even offered to take the property before we saw it- we were THAT interested. We submitted our application right away and at one point were told they would attempt to get us in to see the place early, yet that never happened. Getting them on the phone was a chore, they have very poor communication. Finally they insisted we come to the open house the following weekend. We were the first ones there, and brought $1750 in cash, ready to put the deposit down. We fell in love with the place, it was perfect. We left feeling very confident, as Traci said, "We need to run the open house to 12:30 as it was advertised. Then we will run your credit, and be in contact for the next steps. You are #1 on the list." Our credit scores are excellent and our income well exceeds the rent, being #1 on the list and showing as much enthusiasm as we did, there was no reason to believe this was not a done deal. All we had to do was wait for the call back from Traci confirming the place was ours. She said it would be very quick, yet we had to call her the next day to check the status of our application. We celebrated with our friends. We celebrated with each other. As a newly engaged couple, our dreams were beginning to unfold- the place was perfect for us and our dog, after an exhausting search for a home, we thought it had finally come to an end as the place was truly perfect. We stopped our search and waited for the call. The call never came. We called Traci the following day, and she said the landlord decided to rent it to a friend. Just like that. Bottom line- they never had any intention of doing business with us. We were always a secondary choice and they never told us. They could have easily let us know we were 2nd in line. They did not do that. They completely wasted our time. Not only were the hopes and dreams of our starter home together crushed, we are now in a desperate situation to find a home.

I particularly enjoyed communicating with Michelle Garcia-Sandoval and Rachel Diaz. Good work, guys. I would have given you a full five stars, but your associate, Ella Cummings from Progressive Title, was very rude to me. She told me that because she had a "multi-million dollar call on the other line," she did not have time to speak to me. Pretty unprofessional. However, having realized she had been lame, she did follow up with an e-mail and said "I'm sorry if I did not have a lot of time to discuss as I had made a previous commitment yesterday for the conference call that was waiting for me." Still, she should have known better than to display this level of rudeness in the first place.

Steve and Anne-Marie are a fantastic team who helped my wife and I buy our first home!…read more Before we even officially partnered with them, they walked us through what the house hunting process would look like based on our initial search criteria, breaking it down in a way that was both friendly and understandable. They were communicative throughout our entire house search, sending us property recommendations as well as looking into some properties we found on our own, and they answered our questions in a way that always made us feel supported. On top of all that, they were effortlessly patient as they indulged our many requests for property tours; with each location, they shared their helpful thoughts and recommendations based on the market, yet we never felt condescended to or pressured to make any decisions but the ones we knew were right for us. It truly felt like we had someone in our corner the whole time. Lastly, this team is incredibly thoughtful, taking time to get to know my wife and I throughout the process and celebrating with us when we finally closed on our home.
