He did not show to first appointment. I texted him a few times without a reply. I only went with him because of a recommendation from a contractor. Raymond statedbhebcould not send an invoice for payment until he received payment. I explained I needed an invoice stating the cost of the diagnostic evaluation. He stated if he sent the invoice, we didn't have to pay him. I told him I only needed an invoice for the evaluation. The owner spoke to him and he stated once the money was paid he would immediately send the evaluation. After receiving the money, he stated it would be the next day. Furthermore, Raymond stopped replying to our communication. Shady business. Please do not do business with Raymond Matthews, Licensed plumber. He gave us the run around. There is a time limit to get the evaluation to the insurance company and he decided to play games. Needless to say, I will not ever call on this man for plumbing services or any other service. ​

Their quote beat every other quote I received. We agreed upon a date and time. The night before service, Tony called me to confirm the appointment time. The morning of, Tony called to let me know he would be here just a few minutes late because he was rerouted due to an accident. (Note: my pickup time was 8:00, and I live between two very busy morning traffic roads, so this is 100% understandable.) I appreciated the communication.. most companies wouldn't call about a 5 minute difference! Jerrell was right on time and actually had everything out and loaded when Tony got here at 8:05. Jerrell and Tony were both so friendly. This is extremely important for me, as I am a single woman. You never know who is coming in to your home, and the kindness and warmth was greatly appreciated.
