I asked to PURCHASE a trial pair to hold me over, but they said they would only allow me to purchase a 90 pack (of my old prescription) when I had an appointment in 2 weeks. Whatever you do don't work with Jessica in their downtown location. She will treat you like dirt,…read morecut you off constantly in the middle of your sentence with words dripping of sarcasm and hate and basically make your buying experience a complete, awkward and uncomfortable nightmare. I've been wearing glasses since 1986 and have had the experience of dealing with a ton of stores in multiple states over decades. I've never worked with anyone quite this bad. Also, the icing on the cake with her nastiness was the UNAUTHORIZED $50 she tried to charge me to look at some different lens color options for some sunglasses. I called her on the carpet this morning as to why she "snuck" this unauthorized charge in and she politely and quickly removed the charges. I'm certain if I would have went above her head on sneaking that $50 charge on me she would have got in trouble from her managers as she threw this charge in out of PURE nastiness. What makes this experience sting even worse is that I was a returning customer. On a positive note I spent $650 with them in December of 2013 and the lens quality of the glasses I ordered was AMAZING. Their lab makes an excellent quality lens. I'm going to keep working with this company just certainly not with Jessica.

They also answer patients' questions, explain available financing options of 6 months to 5 years, some interest-free, and provide an accurate itemized overall cost of the procedure, including the implanted lenses, and answer questions regarding insurance coverage, if applicable, pursuant to the presence or absence of any medically-significant cataracts that have, or have not, yet developed in the patients' natural eye lenses. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Dr. Tendler is well-educated, truly passionate about the intricate science of vision, and provides the personable individual attention that all vision correction patients should appreciate. She also knows how to manually, with her own vision and experienced judgment, identify whether or not the patient has yet developed cataracts in their natural eye lenses. This attention to all the details and the understanding of the patients' adaptations to the nuances of the procedure, before the procedure is done, makes it easy to readily recommend the Art Vision to anyone, and people should also appreciate a refined specialty business of this high of quality being readily available in a rural-area city the size of Sioux Falls. It's also appreciated in today's fast-paced society to see this quality level of care for individual patients. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________

And then, on top of that, they tend to "try out" new non-formulary treatments (read expensive and not covered) without any real discussion with the patients. I wouldn't be surprised if there were financial incentives between the pharmacy sales representatives and clinics to push those instead of less expensive options that work as well.
