Then he brought me up to the ladies in the front so I could order my contacts. And they put the most inexperienced one on the computer to place my order. Waited around silently for another 20 minutes as she clicked away on the computer. Meanwhile there were about 5-6 other ladies who worked there, who were on a computer in the back looking at things on Pinterest and having conversations. Finally one of the more experienced ones came up to see how my order was going (since I had been sitting there 20 minutes) when she realized the one who was putting in my order was struggling and doing it wrong. I've been going to Shopko for my eye exams and contacts my entire life. But after this experience I will not be returning. Shopko Optical can die out just like Shopko stores did for all I care.
