I've been wearing glasses since 1986 and have had the experience of dealing with a ton of stores in multiple states over decades. I've never worked with anyone quite this bad. Also, the icing on the cake with her nastiness was the UNAUTHORIZED $50 she tried to charge me to look at some different lens color options for some sunglasses. I called her on the carpet this morning as to why she "snuck" this unauthorized charge in and she politely and quickly removed the charges. I'm certain if I would have went above her head on sneaking that $50 charge on me she would have got in trouble from her managers as she threw this charge in out of PURE nastiness. What makes this experience sting even worse is that I was a returning customer. On a positive note I spent $650 with them in December of 2013 and the lens quality of the glasses I ordered was AMAZING. Their lab makes an excellent quality lens. I'm going to keep working with this company just certainly not with Jessica.

They told us we would have 3 movers at $45/hr per mover and gave us a maximum estimate of $300 for our 2 bed/2 bath apartment, which seemed reasonable. The day of our move, instead of 3 movers, there were 4. The entire time, under my supervision, I felt like I was watching 4 bulls handle our belongings. In less than 3 hours, they managed to rip our mattress, shatter our irreplaceable lampshade, break one of the drawers in our dresser and scratch our dining room table. The lead mover gave us $45 off to cover the lampshade, which was an estimate he made off the top of his head. Our balance due was over $100 over the initial estimate. We called the company after the movers left to complain and they asked us to send photos of the damage. We did. They never contacted us again. This company is ridiculous. There's no service agreement. There are no guarantees. And they should have never gotten our business.

The store is clean and well kept. They have all of the blue collar brands (Ariat, Carhartt etc). The styles that they carry are also available to those men who ride around in pick up trucks on the job site and pretend that they're working. (Think Carhartt golf shirts.) The value for your money is well spent here, knowing that you're supporting a local business, as well as the brands speak for themselves. The company is buying and selling the correct products to the right crowd. They have sale racks, hats, gloves, shirts, outside, workwear, jeans, boots, sunglasses, goggles, hand soap, and shampoo, lip, balm, overalls, beanies, and fitting rooms available for you to try everything on. I don't know how I'd clothe my pregnant self without this store. Don't even bother going to new maternity clothing stores - other options are SO expensive. They also support "Educated Mommy" offering free classes on topics like breastfeeding, cloth diapering and sex after giving birth. I look forward to trying out the classes and appreciate having this resource in my town. It's a blessing to have a place like this where affordable maternity clothes are available, not to mention the ability to make a little money by consigning. It's easy to see that the owner gives back to the community regularly, and I'm glad to support this small business whenever possible.

I was a patient Of Barnett Vision Since shortly after I was Adopted in the 80's. When I got…read moremarried, had kids we all continued to go to them for services. I decided to "Upgrade" at my last appointment with them to a digital lens. I was told to start wearing them the next day, which I did. Come the next day it was like looking out of a fish bowl. My depth perception was terrible, and they just didn't feel right. Fast forward midday, I pulled into a parking spot and the a combination of things occurred and I rubbed a vehicle next to the spot I was pulling into. (see the lengthy write up attached) Well there are Spots (water marks on the lenses) I was told this is normal and they don't tell people because (then more people would complain) Well I left a note on the gals car I rubbed, Paid out of pocket for repairs and needless to say wasn't happy, Had my wife drive me home and went back to my old glasses. This is were I thought the business I had been with for 20+ years would step up and do the right thing. Instead when I went in to try and talk to the DR's I was told they were busy and couldn't see me, So I ended up just planting myself in there office till they were finally forced to talk to me. They took no responsibility. At that point I paid out of pocket for an exam at another clinic and was told that my glasses had THREE issues! YES THREE! And that is why it appeared to me to have a fish bowl effect, depth precepting issues ect. I sent a certified letter to Barnett and all I got was a call from the secretary, the DR couldn't even bother to take the time to call and tell me to p*ss off which is all it was. I had planned to take them to small claims after we got our new home completed but now everything is closed with this Virus so I am doing the next best thing. I would avoid them, All I wanted was my exam money, glasses money and maybe half the damages I paid to her vehicle back, That's it! They goofed up! I have the other DR's notes and the photos of the glasses. But instead they Hid and avoided me like me and my family weren't paying customers for 20 some years.
