We rented 5 ft of a trailer and the only way to load it was a ramp that was impossible to use anything with wheels on. So we loaded from The U-Haul and carried, lifted everything in the truck. We packed on a Monday but it didn't leave the facility until late Tuesday or Wednesday. And didn't arrive at my destination until late Friday evening. It ended up taking a week total to get my things as you are not able to pick up things on the weekend. They don't tell you that when you book, you are just supposed to know by reading the fine print. Make sure you pack things so they don't rub on each other. Use moving blankets because some of my things were damaged.

Be prepared if you do use them to follow them all over your house to see how much they are on their phones since they take photos in your home without your knowledge. According to the owner. The gentlemen that helped me worked hard and were very friendly, I just would maybe been I formed of these items being damaged before finding them hidden like a little kid did it. Packed multiple rooms in the same box. Final price was $1800 more and said we didn't show them everything despite them walking through the house. Destroyed our Murphy Bed and didn't want to replace it. The owner did not contact us to discuss the bed. I called him a day and a half later. After a lengthy discussion and mentioning an attorney they finally agreed to replace it and install it. This after we specifically asked them if they could handle it.
