The second surgery was done in Sioux Falls at Opthalmology Limited. I was diagnosed with Wet MD this August & have had eye injections done by Dr. Thomas. The last two injections have been done in Mitchell at the Mabee Eye Clinic. The appointments are run like a well oiled clock. Yesterday, I left at 11:50 from work, had the scan, eye test & injection. I was back at work at 12:30. Great professionals and staff!

And then, on top of that, they tend to "try out" new non-formulary treatments (read expensive and not covered) without any real discussion with the patients. I wouldn't be surprised if there were financial incentives between the pharmacy sales representatives and clinics to push those instead of less expensive options that work as well. And their financial people seem to have difficulty with communication. They struggle getting even simple pre-authorizations and seem offended if you call with even a simple question.
