So when I first went in there 6 months ago they seemed to get me on fairly quickly however, the people on the phone were rude then and I just ignore it because the experience in person wasn't horrible. However, every time I have called with very simple questions the people answering have been extremely rude and do not take customer service as a priority. I received personal help in choosing frames that steered me towards the frames that best fit my facial structure and features within my budget. I showed up a few minutes early so that I could pick up my glasses and handle a billing issue that I had with them in addition I also had a contact appointment. It took them a while to explain the billing questions that I had and while I was waiting for the supervisor and someone behind the desk came up to me and said well if you can't take make your appointment now then we're going to have to cancel it. I explained to them I'm dealing with a billing issue, as soon as this is cleared up I'll go over to the appointment. It took about 23 minutes for them to explain the changes in the charge. They ended up canceling my appointment and told me I need to reschedule. That's how important my time is to them. I mean, if you can't explain your own billing changes in 5 minutes, then maybe you should blame that and not me. I can go anywhere else to get treated like a number. I used to a great experience there. I hope they treat their customers better in the future. They lost me. read more

Terrible experience after the first optometrist did not listen to my request and I ended up with an unusable pair of glasses. Followed by another visit to correct the problem, because a conversation couldn't happen over the phone, where I had to deal with a second optometrist that was rude and had a condescending attitude telling me I didn't understand what I wanted and "I hope it works out for you" parting of ways. read more

I was able to visit this store in Longmont for the first time today and I was very impressed. First, the store: location is convenient, right off of highway 287 and 119 and the store is very open and clean. As for the staff, I interacted with 3 staff members and all were very kind and professional. The exam itself: it had been years since my last exam and technology has changed significantly. All of the equipment was brand new and processes that I used to hate (e.g. dilation) are no longer required. The whole process was very fast from check in as a new client through the exam and eyeglass selection/payment took me less than an hour. The owner was in the store today and she followed up with me while checking out to ensure I had a great experience. Highly recommended. read more

I highly recommend this business. I stopped in today with my broken titanium frame that had been worked on by a jeweler a few days ago. The fix didn't last, so I had to find a replacement pair. I was greeted by two friendly and very professional women and, when I explained that I was looking for the cheapest pair of glasses I could get, the owner, Lori, suggested that she put the lenses into a new frame. She found a frame on the "Steals and Deals" rack that worked perfectly. I walked out about 10 minutes later, very pleased with my new glasses--for under $100. This was after visiting a Lenscrafters in Boulder last week when I knew they were breaking and learning that a new replacement pair would cost $450 and take 7 to 10 days. The gals at the front are very courteous and helpful. I ordered glasses and they came right on time. The fitting was quick and the glasses are great! I had some trouble with my prescription from a doctor outside of this office and I had to have new lenses ordered a couple of times, and still they weren't right. I decided to get a second opinion, so I called Lori, asked her to schedule me for an examination with their optometrist and he worked with me (even called me back for another re-check) and got the prescription honed in so it is right for me. Lori and her staff were so patient and stuck with me until we got the lenses in the correct prescription. They've earned my recommendation to family and friends as well as my continued business. Came in for a contact lens exam, had a great appointment and everyone on the staff was amazing! I ordered a pair of glasses and contacts- they took the time to figure out the best financial option for bundling the costs and the glasses and contacts arrived within FOUR DAYS of ordering them. I was shocked at their speed! I ended up damaging my glasses within a week of getting them, I brought them back and within two minutes I was out the door with my glasses as good as new! I ordered my glasses (bifocals) and when they came in, the sweet spot for the reading glasses portion of the lense was so small I had to turn my head to keep the letters in focus when I read. I took them back and they said there was nothing wrong with the lense so instead of fixing the issue, they said if I wanted to correct the problem I'd have to upgrade to the HD lense. They said they'd discount the upgrade and that it would cost me between $30 and $40 dollars. The lenses came in today and frankly, they aren't much better. When I went to pay they charged me $65. I told them I was quoted $30-$40 and they simply responded "I'm sorry". You can do better than this place. Stay away! read more
