Great service and very likable people here. The general manager Alissa is a rare combination of down to earth yet professional, which was very refreshing to work with. They were eager to help and didn't make me feel like I was being burdensome despite my peculiar and complicated order. AND they put new temple arm covers on the two pairs of glasses I already owned for free! That was a very nice cherry on top. Had never been here before but will definitely go back. Frame selection is a bit smaller than most other places, at least what was on the wall... that's the only potential downside to this store that I can think of. But hey, then there is less choice-paralysis when there's a more defined selection of frames. I found the ones I wanted, so its got me thinking what's the point of a big selection if it includes a bunch of junk? Most of the frames that were there looked pretty nice to me. I'm a man so I can't speak for their selection of women's frames. Very great place worth checking out!

We were able to get appointments within a week and were very pleased with how friendly and efficient everyone in the office was. Dr. Seyller is extremely knowledgeable and gave both my husband and I information that we hadn't heard before from other eye doctors. She seemed to go above and beyond. Next we worked with Elliott in choosing our frames and were very impressed. He was very attentive and listened to what we liked but also made great recommendations based on what he was hearing us say. Although service is under restrictions now this is a large optical shop with a wider selection of frames than the smaller branches. I've looked at Pearle Vision and was impressed as this shop runs a close second. I mentioned I'm having trouble with their frames staying together and inquired as to whether they are all made by the same company. I was quickly assured they are not..of course I received a reply about how reliable the frames I'm using are. My next appointment with my Optometrist keeps getting pushed forward due to you know what so patience will prevail.

I came in with high hopes -- little did I know it would take almost 3 months to finally get my…read moreglasses. It started with my prescription needing to be adjusted, and the optometrist was incredibly condescending throughout the process. At first, Nikki was kind and said they'd remake the lenses with the new prescription. Weeks later, the lenses came back -- but with the old prescription. They remade them again, this time with the correct prescription, but then the frames broke, so they had to reorder them. When the new frames arrived, they were different from the original ones I chose. When I pointed this out, they insisted it was the same model and that the manufacturer "must have changed them." Instead of apologizing, they said they'd see which frames fit my lenses -- as if I should just accept whatever worked. By this point, I'd been back multiple times, only because of their repeated mistakes, yet they treated me like I was the problem. It wasn't until I insisted on a refund that they finally agreed to make another pair in the correct frames. This entire process was an absolute nightmare -- disorganized, rude, and completely lacking accountability. Steer clear.
