When I questioned this, the billing staff at the clinic informed me that it's their standard billing practice. I insisted that this information should be clearly disclosed on their website, and after reviewing it, she agreed. Despite this, we still had to pay almost $300, which should have been our co-pay of $40. This experience has left us frustrated and deterred from ever visiting this clinic again.

We like the customer service and the friendliness of the nurses and staff all around. They do a great job of keeping the kids at ease whether sick or just wary of what is happening. Another big plus is the after-hours nurse line. Not only do they call back fairly quickly, you get a caring, helpful voice on the other end of the line that helps you sort out what to do until the office or pharmacy opens in the morning. We definitely feel that our children's health is in good hands here.
