(they want $774.00 for a brake job and $554.00 to replace my radiator) He also talked about my radiator possibly leaking into my exhaust and maybe having to replace my engine.(WHAT!!!) They also claimed that when trying to scan my computer to determine what the check engine light was all about, they could not read it because I had a fuse out. When I went to go pick up my car, I stopped at AutoZone to get some opinions and they read my computer with a $50 dollar scanner, (I asked how much it cost) free of charge and as it turns out, all I needed was to replace a spark plug. I also asked the people at AutoZone about my brakes and radiator. I followed their instructions to get the air out of my brake fluid lines...yes just air, then I bought this mercury looking leak stop and now my radiator is fixed and my car is running like a champ. All for well under a $100.00. STAY AWAY from these SCAMMERS. YOU will PAY dearly!!!

What I got instead was one of the most blatantly dishonest service experiences I've had in years. After waiting, I was told the alignment was "done." Except... nothing had changed. The car drove exactly the same, and when I asked for the alignment printout, things suddenly got weird. That's when I was told they "need a special tool" to align a BMW. So let me get this straight you supposedly completed an alignment, but now you're saying you don't have the equipment to actually do it? So no work was done according to the printout? And yet they still charged me. When I called them out on this there was no real explanation just backpedaling and vague excuses. It was obvious they either: * Never did the alignment * Didn't know how * Or were hoping I wouldn't notice Trying to bill someone for work you admit you couldn't perform is not a mistake,it's a hustle.
