We purchased several vegetables, like kale, cabbage, Brussel, sprouts, and more. We also purchased some soil and a few other household items we were running low on. There were multiple varieties of greens, a dozen plus a Herbs, and pretty much everything you could need to start an expansive vegetable garden. He told me he had never seen or heard of anything being online as I was offering to show him the info on my phone. I was confused about this reaction because it was this store that prompted me to sign up for the awards program online in the first place. He seemed agitated and cut me off mid-sentence and walked away from the register. He also said he would 'check with someone.' The cashier and I were both confused by this. She asked him to confirm whether or not he was talking to someone else about it while he was standing 10 feet away noticeably not busy. He scoffed and replied 'I'm not doing that today' while rolling his eyes. The cashier looked uncomfortable and apologized to me. The manager didn't care if I made a purchase or not. I'm not sure if he was in a bad mood before I came in, but he was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional in a situation that could have easily been treated with more grace. The other Sullivan locations nearby have been amazing with their customer service. I recommend shopping with any one of them instead.

Candles, picture frames, vases, prints, and wall decor plus more are throughout the shop. Great place to pick up a gift item. Indoor plants are available in the gardening area in the back of the shop. Potting soil along with various size pots is available. Call to check on winter hours. I was told they'll be open most if not all weekends, but weekdays may vary.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. You will also find potting items, trees, bushes, small gifts and several vegetables available. I'm always impressed by the fun and engaging events that they host here throughout the year. I truly love plants and when youwalked in, they were plants, soil, specialty cocktail, drinks, soft, music, and cute charcuterie boards! We were able to walk around and swap some of the plants and the service was amazing. Amy was really helpful. I do think my only feedback would be having some type of signal or sign that informs others if they are willing to swap or if they are there to just repot their plants. I awkwardly walked up to someone hoping to swap plants and she was repotting her plants to take back to her house lol. So maybe some type of sign or visual so then we won't walk around and disrupt others. But for the most part everyone was amazing, and eagerly excited to swap plants I will be back.
